WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Most rude front desk ever!! They do not let you be by your child for any work. They say make your child independent and give you unasked for parental advise. When you ask them for a collar guard they tell you that you are telling them how to do their work. Recent studies show that most places do not give you the collar guard during dental xrays since its not very comfortable but can cause cancer. When I did insist that I want to be with my child who is 10, they went to him and said your Mama is freaking out! They even exchanged inappropriate messages in their system of 'Chat Box'. When I said this should not be happening here, the rude and unmannered front desk person says there are other patients around.Sshh! OMG! I was calmly talking and instead of apologizing, they were trying to keep their problems a secret. That apart, they have no capability to send x-rays electronically...at least so they say. New thing I learnt that the mouth was too small to take a digital xray! What an invention! WHen asked for copy of the hard xrays they took that my insurance and me paid for, they say it is against our office policy and that we charghe $25 for just giving you your xray back. I asked for this policy written, their response is we are busy at the moment. We may be able to provide it via email next week. How am I supposed to go to a specialist without xrays? I have a choice to let them loot me and pay for pictures that were already paid ...just to take my file away from them. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL!!

I went to J and J Dental to have a cleaning and a RCT done and was the best experience that I ever had, the staff was very friendly and willing to help me in all my needs, they really showed me that they care about their patients . I would recommend Dr Bishara and his staff 100%.

I showed up late to my appointment but they were still able to see me and since the first consultation everyone has been very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained every procedure very well and still got most of the work done quickly and from what I can tell, efficiently.

Every single staff member is absolutely amazing, everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful and the doctor truly knows what he’s doing , I had a emergency root canal done , and I felt great the next day , no pain , no discomfort, I am truly so grateful for Dr. John Bishara and his wonderful staff !
