Stay away. They did not catch a severely abscessed tooth that upon second option by another dentist "screamed infection." They also said I needed 6 fillings which when I had seen them 6 months prior I did not need any. Upon second option from other dentist I only needed 3. Find a different dentist!

I went in to Aspen dental I explain to the staff that in the past it was painful to get my teeth clean. Dr.Brown said well you didnt have enough novocain. I said well I don't what to feel anything, he said you shouldn't at anytime experience pain when getting your teeth cleaned.Well I can't wait to go back and get the other side done that's how great it was. No pain at all. The stuff was soooo friend and understand. If you are afraid of the dentist and you have a Aspen Dental in you town go get your teeth clean there.well I live in Savannah, Ga and I went to the Aspen Dental in Pooler, Ga Great place.

Dr Patel and Lindsey the hygienist were extremely professional, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this fine establishment to anyone looking for a dentist. Chelcee at the front desk is also fantastic, over all two thumbs way up

Terrible experience as a new patient. I signed in at the front desk and sat to be called. A woman at the front desk shouted a name and was looking at me. I went up there and asked if she was talking to me which she said "yes". She told me I owed 35 dollars. I informed that my preventative is covered under my insurance and another lady said let me look at his chart. I looked down at the chart and the name was "Erick". I informed them that my name was not Erick and I went back and sat down. I was having my records transferred from my other dental office and I asked if they had been received and they said "no". So, I called my prior dental office to get them sent over as when Aspen called me back they informed that I needed dental X-rays. I informed them that my records were being xferred over and I did not need new ones. The lady that called me back informed me that I needed new Xrays because they could not accept other offices Xrays as they weren't from another Aspen office. We proceeded with the Xrays. At the end of the Xrays, the front desk worker came to me and informed she needed my insurance card because they were having trouble getting it to pull up and she did not recognize my insurance provider. So, I logged on the insurance website while the dental technician was taking me back to the room. When I got back to the room, I asked if the front desk still needed my insurance card and she informed "no, they will call and get it". I was then asked if I was needing to be seen for "pain" and I said no when I booked my appointment it was for a routine cleaning and she said okay well I'm going to go get the doctor. Doctor Patel came in and she asked me if I had pain and I said no I am here for a cleaning and she asked me how much I flossed and wanted to take a look inside my mouth. So, she took a look inside and said "yep it looks pretty boring in there and everything looks clean like it should be" meanwhile I had not been cleaned. Dr. Patel was very friendly and pleasant but this visit was just clearly off. The doctor left the room and the office manager came in and said I would like you to join me in my office for a consult. I went to her office and sat down and she said "when would you like to schedule your cleaning?". I looked at her confused as my appointment was supposed to be for a cleaning. I informed her of this and she informed that the first appointment is a consultation and her dental hygienist was leaving in 30 minutes and cleanings can take up to 3 hours. I informed her that this was a completely different experience and I had never been through so much with a dentist office on my FIRST visit. I will DEFINITELY not be going back to this office. What a fiasco and to think I took time off work hoping to secure Aspen as my primary dentist.

I had two very chipped and damaged front teeth. They looked horrible and made me feel worse. I remembered that I had visited Aspen Dental months ago and decided to call them. They fit me in that very day. The procedure was quick and relatively painless. When they handed me a mirror, I almost cried. They gave me my smile back. I could not be happier.

I was very impressed with the kindness and professionalism. They got me in quickly, explained everything very well, and are a lot cheaper then my primary dentist office is. I'll definitely be going back. Thank you so much!

Prices may be a little higher than some other places, but the pooler office was able to get me in same day for emergency tooth extraction, didnt try to push other services (like the rincon* office did), and seemed to care. Would recommend. Thank you pooler office and dr. Patel

*if Rincon office would have done this two weeks ago, it wouldve saved a bunch of pain and missed days of workm

If you want to be bullied into doing more than you wanted, this is the place. All I wanted was my teeth checked for cavities and a cleaning. I got 16+ bite wings, a dire prognosis, and a if I don't do it the way they tell me. I am going to lose my teeth. Those who did the x-rays and cleaned my teeth were very kind and considerate which is why the 3 instead of a lower rating. I did not appreciate at all the high stress sales pitch, and it is up in the air as to IF I go back (we will see after they do my kids' teeth).

Everyone is very nice but Their prices are a really high and They do not offer sedation for multiple extractions. I'm chosing another dentist that has reasonable pricing for the same procedure and offers sedation for multiple tooth extractions. There is no way I can have some teeth pulled at once and have nothing but novacaine.

Dr. Roma was very knowledgeable, and in tune to patient needs! Lindsey was just as impressive with expertise, and instruction on dental care. One of the funnest trips to the dentist I've had because of the delightful staff there. Would recommend to anyone who needs a friendly and caring Dentist!
