I was extremely satisfied on how well they treated me. From the beginning to the end, they took care of me and made sure I was okay at all times. I came in for a filling but I realized the tooth needed some extra procedures. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I'm so glad I found my new dentist home. The last dentistry I went to were horrible and were trying to over charge me. This place was the opposite and they made sure to go through every process and payment in detail. Even after asking many questions, they still had a great attitude and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I definitely recommend everyone to go here. =)

I came here for a new patient exam, knowing that I needed a lot of work done. Dr. Kim was friendly, informative, non-judgmental, and I was able to get two of the procedures done the same day. The office staff was also very good about going over insurance benefits and my expected out of pocket. I've worked in a dental office, and I know how crazy things can get, but they were fantastic about fitting me into an already busy schedule and I never felt like I was less of a priority for being last-minute. Also, the hygienist, Pavlina, was very fast and thorough and made sure to check in with me that the deep cleaning wasn't painful. I'm definitely going back.

I called to cancel my appointment for wisdom teeth extractions and get my deposit back. The receptionist informed me that I can’t get my deposit back or reschedule my appointment. Then she placed me on hold because she did not want to have that difficult conversation with me. She placed me on hold to talk to the office manager which was a lie but she never got back on the phone with me. I called back and spoke with another receptionist that said the office manager is not there because she is late today. The office is being extremely unprofessional.I just want my money back and go somewhere else. I don’t know who is lying but I will get a resolution today.
UPDATE
I spoke to the office manager. She was very nice and apologized for the confusion. She issued the refund.

I do not typically leave a ton of reviews unless a place leaves me with a very big impression, and this office did. The office and staff were nice enough, but my visit was honestly horrible. I have a history of not so great dental health, runs in my family. I have had many procedures done, and seen my fair share of dentists. After loosing my insurance this past year, skipping one 6 month check in and looking for a dentist closer to home, I landed here. At my last appointment, spring of 2020, I was in pretty good shape, my dentist wanted me to get my wisdom teeth out but nothing big to worry about other than that. When I left this office, I had almost $10,000 worth of work that I was told was immediately needed. 2 root canals, a very bad case of gum disease that needed a very deep cleaning to hopefully get better, and probably a couple fillings after that. I even cried in their presence because I could not believe missing one check up could lead to such damage. When I asked how did this happen and if there was anything I could be doing differently - she literally told me not to miss a 6 month check in and that they were the only thing that would have stopped my gum disease. But because I knew I was in good shape just a year ago, I decided to get a second opinion from a dentist I knew through friends - and I am happy to report I show ZERO chance of gum disease, and was told I would not need any root canals any time soon, but rather they would keep a close eye on the only tooth they thought might be a problem in the future. PHEW - a second opinion saved me thousands of dollars!!!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this office. They are clearly too aggressive and want your money. Apparently the cleaning I would need for my so called gum disease could have been a deep cleaning I would have needed regularly for the rest of my life.... and I have no gum disease.. tisk tisk.

Today was my first time going to this dentist office and the service and cleaning was exceptional. I also had my 14 year old daughter there for a cleaning and it was a great experience for her as well. Dr. Johnson was very informative and patient and the hygienist did a very thorough job. Before anything was done, our insurance coverage and today's cost was fully explained to me. This will definitely be our dentist office from now on.

Nice staff but extremely long wait. I scheduled an 8 AM appointment for a routine cleaning. I have no issues with my teeth and didn't need to have any work done. By 10 AM the hygienist still had not come to complete my cleaning. I had to be to work at 10:30 so I had no choice but to cancel my appointment. I have never waited in a dentist office so long for a cleaning. What was the point of scheduling the first appointment of the day to not be seen. It was a waste of time. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Unless you are going for a cleaning you may want to find another dentist. Both my wife and I spent 3+ hours here and it was due to waiting a total of 45-60 min for each our visits waiting on the next procedure. Cleaning, deep clean, and minor cavity. Could have all been done in hour and half. It’s no wonder they have a tv right in front of you and thank goodness- you have time to watch an entire 30 minute episode waiting for them to return. If you like to spend all day at dentist this is the place for you.

Horrible Dr. Wills, I had to wait for her 40 min and when she came in her bedside manner was awful. She did not greet nor introduce herself. She did not pull my my x- ray on the screen to show what the problem with my tooth was. I asked why a filling would not work out instead of the suggested crown but she said that I need a crown and with the insurance it will cost $740. Two years ago different doctor same office I paid $230. She did not even explain the condition of my tooth nor suggest any other way to fix it.I guess to do a filling is more work and less money? She was not professional at all. I can not believe this is a real dentist. Do not waste your time coming to this office. There are plenty of other dentist out there who are way more qualified, professional and knowledgeable than Dr. Wills. I will never return to this practice.
