Was called in about 1 hr after my appointment was scheduled. After that I waited for another 40 min hoping to get X-rays until I got tired and asked what was going on. One of the dentists went to front desk to ask why I was not seen yet, just to find out that there was not a dentist appointed to see me until another hour if I wanted to wait. They even asked me if I wanted to reschedule like it was my fault that they were so disorganized!! I laughed and walked out of the door. Do not waste your time coming here if you value your sanity. Worse dentist experience ever. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Priyanka Yadav gave me a beautiful new smile with 4 new CEREC crowns on my front teeth! I was very apprehensive about replacing the fillings and veneers placed 23 years ago by the most expensive cosmetic dentist in Atlanta. I studied the pros and cons of CEREC crowns. Dr. Yadav explained the whole process and delivered an even prettier smile than I had before! Though it wasn’t a 1 day event because it was 4 teeth, the temporary crowns were comfortable and free of charge. The total cost was extremely reasonable. I fully recommend Dr. Yadav and the staff of the Smyrna dentist office for crowns and cosmetic dentistry.

Today I was able to get same day veneers on six teeth!! As well as a root canal and crown. I’ve been wanting them for years, but it just never was the right time financially. Dr Patel even discounted them based on what I could pay. She was only scheduled to work until 3, but she stayed until 5:40 to make sure my teeth were perfect for my upcoming wedding.

I visited this dental office after getting my dental package from work. I have needed a deep cleaning & have returned for 2 more follow up cleanings. I did have some issues with the billing
& my dental insurance, but I didn't have to pay more than the desk clerk said I would have to pay. My wife has also switched over to this dental office. Pretty good staff of people here.

Would not recommend. I went shortly after moving to the area hoping to find a more convenient dentist. They will spend about 70% of your appointment taking photos as they seem to rely exclusively on imaging to diagnose the health of your teeth. The cleaning was sub par at best, they didn’t even floss my teeth. Again, they relied on corner cutting methods coating my teeth in fluoride before I left. I followed up with another dentist shortly after and was shocked to learn that Smyrna dentist office had missed THREE cavities that needed filling. My new dentist informed me that I was not the first who had come after a sub par cleaning from Smyrna Dentist office. They are a business not healthcare providers.

I have an extreme fear of going to the dentist, so this has caused years of neglect. I went to Smyrna Dental in extreme pain and lots of fear. From my first initial contact over the phone, I found the staff to be informative and caring. They were able to get me in for an emergency root canal and crown. Dr. Johnson was kind, professional and very caring. The entire staff was awesome, they even provided me with a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer.

This place left me feeling very frustrated. Went in to have a tooth i chipped fixed for a wedding. They first did a cleaning which was fine since i needed it but that wasnt why I was there. They Also did lab work which I started to say hey why are we doing this and they said it was needed for first time patients. After all was done they started to have me leave before I asked when the dentist would be back to fix my tooth. They simply stated they forgot and he was now too busy and i would need to reschedule... There was no compensation or anything to make the situation better. Very poor customer service.

I didn’t feel like I was being taking care of more or less taking advantage of! My appointment was at 3:30 I didn’t get seen until 4:15 then was back in there chair until 5:20. It seemed as the dentist was only looking to get me to spend money vs helping me. I even ask for a temporary fix and basically ignore my asking. I literally wasted almost two hours just to receive your cost will 5800/6k.. smh

Went for a toothache. They ended up giving me a filling for the tooth that was hurting and root canal for a tooth that was not bothering me but was recommended. About a month later... I had... and still have EXCRUCIATING pain from the tooth that originally hurt! (Which is why I am awake a 1a.m. submitting this review! 😡) They offered me a refund for the filling, but now want to do a root canal on the tooth they should have done a root canal on a month ago (which is an additional $900)! Will not be
returning.
Update: So I never received the refund I was offered...and ended up having to get the tooth extracted, which was very upsetting to me because I am getting older and would like to save all my teeth... I was in so much pain... I could not wait an additional 10 says for a specialist at Smyrna Dentist to correct their mistake. I had already been dealing with this pain over a month. Other places I called wanted to schedule a consultation weeks out. If you care about retaining your teeth... be very cautious about getting anything other than a cleaning from this place.

I am very upset with the customer service that I received from Smyrna Dentist Office. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago specifically so that I could have an after-5 p.m. appointment for this upcoming Monday, September 16. It was not until today, Thursday, September 12, that I was called and told that they are changing their office hours, that they will no longer have any appointments after 5 p.m. and instead of honoring the appointments that they've already scheduled, they expect patients to move their appointments. I understand changing your schedule but maybe giving more than two business days' notice would be thoughtful, or honoring the commitments you've already made. I tried to express honest criticism about my frustration and how I had waited longer specifically for an after-hours appointment that I was told I would have. After reading some of the reviews, it seems like this has been an issue in the past. I would have been a new patient but this has left me with bad vibes and I will not be taking my business here.
