High pressure sales to include fluoride treatment for $45. After my six month cleaning there was no dentist on site to see if I had any cavities or issues that needed to be addressed. Was told that the dentist would do an examination in another six months. Had to have a crown Re-seated 8/2019 was told they had no openings for 2 months. Had a local Dentist do it within 2 hours that was not in network. Will never return to ASPEN and they were pleased when I canceled the 6 month cleaning that was scheduled.

My day started out VERY painful...with it being the week of Thanksgiving, I never thought I would be able to get any relief...I had been told I needed a root canal, but my regular dentist couldn't do it til February. I walked into Aspen Dental and the welcomed me like family, got my x-rays took me back, gave me options. I chose a root canal....These people are THE BEST. From the beginning with Ashley Masse and ending with Dr. Chapel. I have NEVER in my life been treated with such a caring dental staff. You guys have a new patient with me. Thank-you and God Bless you guys!

My first experience with Aspen Dental in Statesboro was due to a painful tooth. They did a full work up on me. I elected to have the painful tooth extracted. Dr. Chapel performed the extraction and she did a wonderful job. I followed up with an extensive cleaning which also went well. My husband has Stage lV lung cancer so I have put many things on the back burner including my teeth. Unfortunately I recently had another painful tooth which had advanced so I had to choose to either lose it or have a root canal and crown. I didn’t realize that I could have both a root canal and crown done at Aspen and was a bit nervous since I had been sent by my previous local dentist to an oral surgeon for my prior two root canal’s, which were very expensive to say the least. Dr. Chapel performed my root canal as well as making my crown and I can tell you that she is an amazing, compassionate person, and dentist that goes above and beyond a patient’s expectations. Shay assisted Dr. Chapel during my root canal surgery and placement of my crown and she is also super sweet and fantastic as well. Everyone that I’ve met in the Office has been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Aspen Dental to any of my friends and family.

This was my first ever visit to a dentist and I’ve never felt so secure! The ladies greet me every time by name and makes me feel so welcomed. One in particular, is Beth C. the RDH. I never thought I’d feel so comfortable with anyone else! She is a lovely person and has a great personality.

My experience with the Aspen dental was the worst out of all the dental places I have been. First appt I was in the room for the longest. Second appt the price I was told was more than what I was told. They did a "deep cleaning" that last 15 minutes to do and my insurance didn't even covered it. It sad to say it but the place is the worst. Don't spend your time and money.

All personal at Aspin Dental were very knowledgeable and professional. The only problem I had was in their billing, my Insurance pays 100% for my problem. Apparently they are coding it wrong, saying that I would have an out of pocket fee of over $1500.00 Dollars, I now having a front tooth broken off, and they are being very slow to correct this problem, I cannot leave my home with a missing front tooth!! I hope they get this corrected very soon!’

I have been waiting a while to see Aspen. In the day of technology, when you can send people to the moon , Aspen waits to hand you six or seven pages of information to fill out in their waiting room with fifteen people waiting. You have one hour off from your job and there you sit filling out paperwork and not seeing the dentist you have waited on. You walk up and provide them the dentist you have been seeing for 12 years and advise them you will get all your records or they can ask for them. Their answer is no, you have to fill out the forms. I walked out. The easy fix would have been to send the forms to my email which they have since I got reminders about my appointment and they could have been filled out and a copy of my dental records from my regular dentist. They need to come into the 21st. Century.
Do not think I could recommend them. I am disappointed in the receptionist as she was so busy when I came in with the phone calls she could not look up and say hold on wait a minute just kept talking to a caller. WHen she finish with him, took another call.....LOL
