Absolutely worst experience ever at dental office. Waited 1hr to be seen, Dentist was rude, unconcerned with my reason for coming in: a cleaning. She berated condition of the work that had been done previously (at aspen in Warner Robins)and only wanted to do expensive new work

I had a really good experience with the office in Warner Robin's. They made it as comfortable as possible to me. I have no complaints. The staff is very professional and caring for their clients/patients. I would highly recommend them, even if you are use to being under anesthesia. They made sure that the novocain was working on me.

You will know it deserves 0 star after your visit. Take a little time to research online before you pay lot out of pocket.
Update: worst nightmare. Unexpected thousand dollars bill. When I went to the clinic, they estimated I only need to pay about 1,000 out of pocket, and I payed front. Three month later, they sent a bill which said lots of the item not covered by insurance, so I need to pay another 1,000.

Are you kidding me?? My 10 year old daughter has been having pain and a wiggly PERMANENT tooth. I called everywhere and Aspen was the only place that could get us in within 2 MONTHS rather than 6 months. So I took the 7am appointment for my 10 year old. They texted me 5 days before the appointment to confirm, which I did. I decided to call the day before the appointment because of the terrible reviews I had seen just to make sure everything was fine. When I called, I was told my 10 year olds appointment was cancelled because I didn’t give a verbal confirmation. They texted me to confirm, so I did, and they replied “thank you for confirming the appointment.” So, now, my 10 year old daughter has to live with pain (after already waiting two months to be seen) and they said they couldn’t get us for several MONTHS. Are you freaking kidding me?? PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, especially if the patient is yourself or someone you love. Thank goodness I called, rather than show up at 7 in the morning just to be told they cancelled my appointment. I’m furious. Absolutely furious. This is beyond unacceptable and this dental practice should be shut down. They prey on people in times of emergencies and they are awful. I feel sorry for the people who work for this terrible company.

They will change you insurance for things they did not do like root canal on tooth that was already done years earlier or bone graft was joke. Thank goodness insurance caught them. They tell you one price and charge more. I would never use them again for anything.

Loved this place until I just got rescheduled for an appointment I had already paid in full for. The lack of empathy from your receptionists is unreal. I was headed there but there was an accident on 75 and I couldn’t get there on time but instead of realizing that I had already paid for this procedure... I was told I had to wait another week in pain. Very bad business.
