My appointment was canceled after having it schedule 2 months in advance. when I tried to call their phone lines where "down" when I got into communication with them little effort was done to try and reschedule me in sooner for their own mistakes , They had my email if they were really interested in keeping in as a patient totally unprofessional

I had a cracked tooth and paid everything up front.
When I went in for the permanent crown, they suddenly added extra costs and held my tooth hostage! The work they did was great but the billing was not straightforward. They kept adding costs to my bill that should not have been in there.

When I first went in there, the staff seemed very helpful and informative. They were able to schedule me for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction because I was in so much pain. However, the front desk gave me different information than the surgeon who operated on me. The surgeon even had the audacity to laugh at me and say "I don't know who's telling you this." Very dimeaning. Before the surgery, the staff told me that I would only have to pay about *** dollars out of pocket according to my health insurance. They even signed it and it was documented. Now, a few months after the surgery, they tell me I have to pay another 300 dollars because there was "no way of knowing that that would happen." How unprofessional. And shame on them. I'm sure they have done this to many other people. I strongly advise not going here. They will rip you off.

This place is horrible. My daughter has been in pain for 2 weeks. We called to get an appt and they gave me a January appt and said just walk in and sit to see if anything becomes available. She is a high school and college student. She doesn't have 4 hours a day to go sit and still not be seen. I've never been a patient at any office that didn't work in patients for pain within a day or two. She sat in the office last week for hours and was not seen. I have never heard of a doctors office that didn't see patients that are in pain. How ridiculous. I am on the search for a new dentist.

I visited Aspen Dental after I noticed I had a cavity that was causing some minor discomfort. I scheduled for the exam, the staff seemed friendly. The dental assistant was very nice during the xrays and everything. I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years so I was prepared to hear that I may need multiple fillings. They told me I needed THIRTEEN fillings, a root canal, and that I had gingivitis and would need to buy some $300 toothbrush. They gave me a $3000 estimate.

I made an appointment with another office, they did xrays and an exam and I literally only need ONE filling. No gingivitis and no root canal. My total came up to $106. Apparently Aspen is known for trying to suck as much money as they can out of people. I am SO glad I went for a second opinion.

The staff was kind and very informative. Dr. Pickard is very intelligent and easy to talk to. They all made my first experience at Aspen Dental so smooth, that it won’t be my last. Thank you all!

My husband, who is a 66 year old diabetic, finally got his upper denture yesterday. It was not comfortable and had to "ground down" on the upper right. He took it out last night to sleep and on trying to put it in this morning, was in enough pain to cause tears. We called the office and were given the option of waiting EIGHT days for an appointment or sitting all day in the office while they work him in. This is unacceptable and totally against what their recorded message states and believe me,I've been on hold long enough to hear everything the message says. Supposedly, they're all about getting the patient taken care of, but in reality, they're all about the money.. The message also states that most patients get their denture in days,, not weeks. Another falsehood... It took 4 weeks for his. My husband paid out-of-pocket for his denture, so i guess they have no incentive to treat him now; he owes them nothing.

The staff was very respectful. They got me an appointment set up as soon as possible. Plus they was able to answer the questions that I asked no problem. I recommend them again.

Made an appointment for my son about 3 months ago to have a consultation with Dr. Chisholm to have his wisdom teeth removed. When scheduling the appt months ago, I explained to the receptionist that our Dr./Dentist was no longer in network with our insurance and that the insurance company suggested Dr. Chisholm who was in network. I was called back after xrays were taken on my son and was told that he would need to see an Oral surgeon to have his teeth removed but that they did not have one at their office. I explained that I was under the impression that we were seeing Dr. Chisholm whom they explained did work at Aspen Dental but in McDonough not Warner Robins. They kept insisting that we do a comprehensive exam since we were there anyhow, which i declined due to us rather getting it done at our dentist office. Very disappointed. The staff was nice and apologetic but I was a bit turned by the confusion with this visit.
