I only have one negative thing to express. The unexpected costly procedures are annoying. You're going in for one thing and then told you need this and that done. My insurance barely covers anything I need so I'm paying 90% out of pocket. I'm almost finished with invisalign and I'm happy about that. My teeth are looking great, now on to the final steps.

I’m ranking low due to the 3 hours it took. The wait time was excruciating. Everyone was so nice, except one of the ladies at the front desk. She needs to be retrained in customer skills.

Ria/Rhea : Very patient on explaining details regarding insurance and “ what not”; out of pocket and “ what not”; making sure that i fully understood the process and everything.

Their customer services sucks. They will quote you one price and then charge you another price. if they even bill your insurance its not what they quoted, then say you owe hundreds of dollars, and they will do unnecessary dental work when more important things need to be done. Their dental assistants do not know what they are doing and are left unattended to work in patients mouths. The dentist had to fix the crown one of them did in my mouth because it was jacked up. Their website claims that they are open till 5pm but they close at 4pm. I owe yall money but obvs you don't want it. my advice do not go here you will regret it.

I don't have dental insurance. They took me as an emergency and even though I had to wait a month for my comprehensive exam, it was worth it. So far, no actual work done, but they helped me with financing and got a plan set up for me to get work done. If you're in need of immediate help I'd suggest trying somewhere else. But for my situation, everyone is professional and friendly. Satisfied so far.
UPDATE!- After having my molar extracted, my bite was off. I was also having some nerve pain that made me feel really paranoid that I had dry socket. They tell you to call the office if you have any concerns, but as soon as the dental assistant got on the phone I could tell she had an attitude. She was talking in run on sentences and wouldn't even let me get a word in. I felt like I was bothering her. Therefore, I will not call again if I have an issue. They rescheduled me to correct my bite and it was such a huge relief in one area that I didn't even realize it was still off. Because I don't feel comfortable to call I said I'd wait until my next visit to let the dentist know, which was not far away, but now my tooth is cracked! My extraction site seems to have done something weird once they removed the stitches, but looks like it's healing alright. I will continue to go for treatment since I've already started, but they are not as amazing as I originally thought.

I scheduled a new patient appointment and after arriving for the appointment and being told they do not have me on the e books I was infuriated! They were able to take me in anyways. I was satisfied. I scheduled for a cleaning the next week, paid half the balance for the cleaning. The day of the appointment for my cleaning I arrive for my 12 appointment and was told my appointment was at 11am. I was told that they called me 3X to inform me of the time change but the phone number Aspen called me from was a New York number. And they called me at 11:02 only once to inform me of the change. I asked for a refund and to cancel the appointment, I was told I would have to wait 30 days for a refund. I do not recommend Aspen Dental for dental care. Very unorganized and the lobby was full of patients. Against Covid protocol.

I always have a good experience with each visit at this office. I cannot say enough about the Rhea the office manager. I would give Rhea a 10 stars rating. In my opinion she is a 10 star. She got me signed up for my Invisalign right way, so that I would not have to make a second trip. Everyone in this office does a great job, even being short of staff. Thanks
