The entire experience was so pleasant!! I loved the staff, everyone was so friendly and professional. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment!! From the beautiful curly headed receptionist, to the amazing dental assistant Tj, to the wonderful caring Dr. Harper and finishing up with the best and very patient assistant office manager Sally, 5 stars !! Bravo Aspen Dental!!

DR.PICKARD Is the one who took my teeth out the man did an excellent job. It's day two now I still hardly have any pain which tells me he did it the correct way. DR. Harper assured me that DR.Pickard was a great dentist for that I thank her greatly. Mrs. Megan the hygienist broke it down step-by-step of what we're going to be doing in the future to correct my teeth she did an excellent job. Mrs Sheila stood right there by my side while the dentist was taking my teeth out she made me feel extremely comfortable at ease I can't thank her enough. Mrs. TJ was as sweet as she could be she got me back there got me x-rayed explain to me what was what the whole staff was absolutely amazing The Visit was pleasant and I will return

In Dec I flushed my dentures and called for a replacement. I didn’t want to wait weeks so I called aspen dental because on the website it says gets ur teeth in days not weeks, well it’s now feb, I had a an appt for March 10th, 3 months after I lost my dentures. I got them today. Good denture but the wait and the lies was too much. They have an on-site lab which is what I was told when I first scheduled my appt. They over schedule. I had to sit on the floor one of my appts. They won’t let kids in the back with an adult even tho it says patients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult because of covid. Overall not a good experience.

The entire staff was extremely attentive, professional, and caring. My mom was apprehensive of going to a new dental office upon moving to town, but they made sure that the entire process was seamless. Fabiola helped translate for my mom and guided her every step of the office visit. Even with the language barrier, she could see the love with which the rest of the staff treated her as well. I definitely recommend this Aspen Dental location.

The Best dentist and associates I ever experienced, they guided me thru the whole treatment informing me on every move, taking such tender care of me thru out my treatment my Faith in humanity has been restored. Thank you Aspen Dental for your professionalism and tender care.

1st time taking my 94 yr old grandmother there to have a tooth pulled. The staff was pretty nice and Dr. Pickard was great with getting the tooth out and not hurting my grandmother and not leaving any swelling.
Now I can move on and get her some more denture plates in a few weeks.

Worst provider I have been to in 50+ years. One Hygienist told me how good my teeth were and how well I I took care of them. Second girl came in and told me I needed a complete periodontal treatment. Antibiotics, scaling, and several visits. Then dentist came in and told me my gums were infected.
Trouble is my wife went to them a couple of weeks before and they told her the exact same thing.
We are new patients. We have visited our previous dentist regularly and take care of our teeth.
I asked for a simple above the gum cleaning and I was refused. I was told if I didn't want to do what they prescribed they would not treat me. Seems to be all about the money.

Rhea is a complete professional that has incredible listening skills when dealing with the customer. She was able to answer all of my questions and give me the information I needed to make the choices I needed to make.
The Doctor and nurse that did my exam were gentle and informed me about everything that they were doing and why. I am definitely happy with the experience I have had with this location.

Firstly, let me start by saying that the only reason I brought my child to this facility is because there were no other options for oral surgeons in the area that are in network with our dental insurance.
My teen was to be evaluated in regards to wisdom teeth extraction. Our dentist noted on xrays that her wisdom teeth would need to be extracted, and we always follow his advice regarding our dental care.
After waiting in the waiting area well over an hour past our appointment time, I was told that my child has 3 cavities, gingivitis, and that her wisdom teeth required extraction. I already knew that her wisdom teeth needed to be taken out, as that's what we were there for... 3 cavities? We just had our 6 month visit to our regular dentist not even a month prior, no cavities and no gingivitis. Pretty sure my kiddo hasn't been chomping the sugar and failing to brush... She has no cavities at all. Gingivitis? Try again...
I think it's shameful that this establishment tries to swindle people... Now, not only will I be taking my business elsewhere, I'll be sure to let everyone know what a bunch of crooks y'all are.

Bailey took my x-rays and took very good care of me. Tiffany was very gentle and I do appreciate that. Dr. Harper is very nice and explained everything I need done. Rhea is a very pleasant person and helping me to make sure I get started on my treatment plan. Very efficient and the staff I mentioned have great attitude and friendly.
