Brought in my 95 year old mom who has Dementia. Staff from front desk, hygienists, assistants and Dr. Ho have always been professional and personable when dealing with my mom. Her mood and behavior can be unpredictable at times and they've always been polite and compassionate in how they treat her. Dr. Ho has constantly provided information to help us make the best possible decisions in mom's dental care. He addresses dental health issues immediately.

I value my teeth, and I'm very appreciative that a friend referred me to Dr. Ho. Dr. Ho obviously values the quality of his work, and he doesn't seem to be inclined to do work that is not necessary.

I'm 63 and about 1/2 of the dentists I've seen through my life, were good, quality dentists. The other 1/2 would either do work that was unnecessary, or of such low quality that it would create more problems than it solved, and ultimately lead to loss of teeth.

Dr. Ho is quality, and I fly from the Big Island to Oahu to see him, in order to access that quality of treatment.

I have been using Dr. Ho's office for 16 years and it's been a fantastic experience every single time I was a client there. I have my teeth cleaned every 6 months by Natalie and she is the best dental hygienenist imaginable. They are wonderful people over there!

The staff are professional and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. I came to Dr. Ho to get a second opinion. He went through my options and was very informative without ever making me feel as he had to be the one to do the procedure. Came back for a cleaning, the dental assistants were kind and thorough, they make an uncomfortable experience much more comfortable. There is a reason this small practice is extremely busy, because they take the time and care about each one of there patients.

I was introduced to Dr. Stephen Ho by my wife around 2011. I came in for a sore tooth (which I knew was already infected from past experiences) and he recommended we do a root canal. It wasn’t my first rodeo as I’ve had more root canals than an average person go through in their lifetime.

The problem with me being scared of going to the dentist is how they handle root canals (one of the most painful procedures). I’ve gone through multiple dentist growing up and I was traumatized by the pain and suffering my teeth/gums have experienced. I’ve also had really bad experiences with military dentists, who had no regards for the immense pain you go through, so long as the job is done.

How Dr. Ho handled visits were to make sure you knew what you’re about to get into, how painful it might be and how he can help ease that pain during the procedure. The root canal was super easy and painless!

Dr Ho works with you no matter what you come in for. He devises a plan and schedule for what we need to work on, how we’re going to work on them and what should come in the future.

We had been going at it since 2011. 2016 was the last cavity I had and my teeth has never been healthier than ever.
He’s now making me a mold to help with my snoring.

Dr. Ho has made it easier for me, along with the kind and helpful staff, I have never feared walking into the dentist office ever again.
