I had a filling come out and they got me in within three days. I was a new patient with no insurance and they accepted Walk ins and got me in dr. Gebert ing, was very passionate about his profession, and very detailed origin, in his job. He had a answer for every question that I had. I would recommend him to other's and i will return for future visits. I hope this helps you out and have a great day.

My son’s orthodontist is here and I decided to change me and my spouse’s dentist to this place as well. The location is conveniently placed in my area, has lots of parking and all the dentists are great and every knowledgeable. Erin is an excellent Dental Hygienist and I learned a lot from this one visit for my annual cleaning today. Throughout my life I have never liked going to the dentist and I always told everyone I hate going. With the great treatments by all the staff I don’t mind coming to the dentist anymore.

Dental world Kapolei is THE BEST dentist office in hawaii in my opinion. I've been to several others over the years and never have I met an entire office of people who are friendly, good at anything you need done, clean nice office..everything you could want. The location is also excellent because you can knock out so many errands in the shopping center. If I could give more stars I would.

We’re new to Kapolei and this was my first visit with Dental World and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone is friendly, professional and caring. I get nervous and anxious at dental appointments and they help ease my worry. Highly recommend!

Everything was great at Dental World. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and attentive. Dr. Ing explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable. The nurses were very friendly and patient with me. I've had several dental procedures done and this was one of my best experiences.

Previous to my visit at Dental World, I had a very bad experience, and so I stayed away as long as I could. Now i had a tooth that broke off and needed to be extracted. I was dreading this day for long time, but I knew I had to take care of it soon. So my dentist and his assistants were absolutely wonderful, explained everything step by step, and what they were going to do. Overall my experience with Dental World was top notch!!! Awesome first experience! The hygienist, Chris (not sure of the spelling. Sorry if I got it wrong!), was amazing! I’m so used to getting that painful floss (you know the feeling?), but I was pleasantly surprised that it felt almost as if I was flossing my own teeth. Lol I mean, she probably did a way better job, but the point is…that it didn’t hurt whatsoever. My teeth felt and looked super clean afterwards. Dr. Ing took the time to explain the X-rays, answer my questions and was thorough in his exam, doing some things I don’t recall ever being done. You can tell that he loves what he does and takes pride in taking care of people. I really can’t say that I’ve ever felt so good about a dental office. Lastly, it felt like I stepped into the future. They seemed to have some top notch tech. I know nothing about the type of equipment, but it’s the first I’ve seen. I thought it was pretty cool. If anyone is hesitant about going to the dentist, this place would be a great fit.

Highly recommend Dental World! Erin was amazing with our 7 and 2 year old children. Doctor was patient and thorough. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Terrific experience at dental world. This was my first visit. Lovely front desk support, thorough exam by a super dentist, and a terrific cleaning by Katie my hygienist! Highly recommend!
