There has never been a delay when being seen by this office. Dr. Ing is really great with his exams and goes the extra mile to listen to any concerns and provides detailed explanations. His hygienists are very professional and friendly. Front office staff also are tremendous. They are friendly and very helpful.

I was looking for a new dentist in the Kapolei area and found Dental World Kapolei through my insurance. I saw the great reviews and decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! Making an appointment was easy and fast (although it’s just a phone call other places make it so complicated). Everyone there is so nice and friendly. The hygienist was super gentle, no pain, or any issues. The doc was very nice too. I just went for a routine cleaning, but I’d totally trust them if I had a more complicated issue.

I’ve been going to Kapolei Dental World for about a 2 years now, and I’ve been very pleased with the Dentists and staff that work there! I’ve always had really bad experience with Dentists, pushing product/services I don’t need and office personnel giving me inaccurate information on procedure quotes. My experience with Dental World have been quite the opposite! The front office personnel is always so friendly, professional and provides every detailed information. The hygienists really takes her time at cleaning, very thorough but gentle. And I had both Dentists and they recommended treatment but told me it wasn’t imminent and it was completely up to me to get it done. They were not pushy at all! Overall great experience and I highly recommend this place!

I am on vacation and chipped my veneer the second day we were here. Monday morning I called and they were able to get me in that morning and glue my veneer back on and it looks great. So grateful to everyone there.

I was afraid to visit dentists for past 3 years because I had bad experience from many dentist that tried to rip me off for the treatment that I don't need. I never had any place but here that took notes of every individual gum condition of teath. I don't remember her name but she did really good job on cleaning. It's really hard to find good and honest dentist but dr Yoon and his staff really surprised me. I'm so happy that I found this place for the first check up after 3 years. I will recommend dr Yoon at dental world kapolei for those people looking for dentist you can trust.
