4 stars because we only went once so far. And i cannot accurately give 5 stars till we keep going
The staff are super friendly, its new and great. They did a temp filling on my tooth that broke off til after i give birth so ill update then.
My husband had a filling redone that broke off. He enjoyed it more then the last dentist. But his cheek was sore for the day lol.
Update. My dentist is better then my own physician. He stated nothing wrong with my jaw and teeth to see a neurologist.

Dr. Gilbert Ing is the best very gentle, warm and caring dentist I know. He explains everything what will be done before he actually starts looking at your teeth. Makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. He's awesome and the BESTEST to me. His staff are all so nice and friendly.

This is the best dental visit I’ve ever had. I felt very safe going to my appointment. Because of COVID, I felt a little worried but as soon as I got there I felt that they took all the necessary measures to keep me safe. My dental hygienist and Doctor was the best and very informative. I highly recommend going here for all your dental needs.

I’ve had some traumatizing experiences as a child going to the dentist in various locations on Oahu and also later when I decided to take my own children to a dentist... lets just say I took them once and never took them back! So I wasn’t really looking forward to going to any dentist but I had too! All I can say is I’m so “Thankful” that I went to “Dental World” They’re so awesome! They’re inviting, patient, kind, & informative if you don’t understand things they take the time to explain things without making you feel like you’re an inconvenience to their next appointment patient!! I absolutely Love “Dental World” and recommend them to anyone who can relate to my past experience!

The dental hygienist put the saliva ejector too deep into my throat while cleaning and it sucked my uvula very bad. It hurts and turned bloody red. I had troubled to swallow food.

I had a chipped tooth that needed to be fixed very last minute. I needed a same day repair so i could fly out for work and they fit me in within 4 hours of calling...and did great work! Hawaii tends to be behind the times when it comes to medical and tech. These guys are very professional and up to date tech and medical. They even give you price estimates before they do any work!! what??!!! amazing experience!

Went in for my orthodontist appointment & Service was outstanding, the front desk, dental assistants, & doctors. I was on my last Invisalign set but Dr. Chaekal ordered me new sets because alignment was still not perfect to her standards, Awesome!!! So happy that the doctors care enough about patients well being to do their best work. Much appreciated Dental World for the Standard & Quality y’all provide.

I like my new dentist Dr. Yu. He is very patient and caring. He was able to fit me in in an emergency and offer great resolution for my jaw pain. I hope it gets resolved. My 3rd appointment is next month. No issues with Dental World's services yet. Looking forward to a long term relationship with them.
