Dental World Kapolei

I was very impressed with my first visit here. Everyone was friendly and careing....answered all questions I had....Still need a lot of work done, so I will come back. Have had some bad dental experiences in the past....so had neglected to go to a dentist for years....don't feel uncomfortable in that way at Dental World. I can honestly say that I feel good about this facility....and can reccomend to all who have a fear of dentists....give them a chance....you will be glad you did.

The staff is very chill and kind, I like the vibes whenever they talk stories. I also like the deep cleaning they give, makes my teeth feel 3x better! And whenever I ask a question they always give the best and honest answer.

This appointment was for my husband who needed it because he had a toothache. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating.
He didn’t care for the way the doctor spoke to him, very condescending and not friendly. Maybe we will try another doctor or change our dental plan.

Erin is the best!!! Love her so much. She did very well and gently.

Dr. Ing and his staff are very welcoming and friendly. I am so glad I found them and took a chance! I wish I found them sooner. Dr. Ing has great bedside manner and everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. The office is conveniently located in Kapolei and is nice and clean. If you are looking for great dental care, look no further.

Dr. GIlbert Ing, hygienist Erin and the rest of the staff at Dental World Kapolei are always friendly, caring and deliver great service each time I go there. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and makes sure that you are comfortable throughout the procedure. They have the newest technology and will show you exactly what is going on in your mouth. If you are looking for a great dental office, I would definitely recommend them!

Best dental experience to date! Professional, respectful, caring. They all from receptionist through every one I had contact with were friendly and knowledgeable. Hygienist explained everything she was doing and why. No wait time between different procedures. Dr. Ing and his whole staff are an exceptional group! Mahalo!

Dental World Kapolei was highly recommended by a friend. After numerous office visits I can speak from first hand experience, I am very pleased with their wonderful friendly staff and very prompt and efficient service from dental hygienist Katie and Dr Gilbert Ing.
I live in Kaneohe and live literally 2 minutes away from my former Temple Valley Dental office and though I was very pleased with my dentist, it’s very unfortunate his personnel was oddly unreliable in returning phone calls and not organized in scheduling future appointments on numerous occasions.

Wonderful first time experience. As I made my appt with Quentin, he was super helpful. Day of appt, I had Quentin and Tatiana greet me and helped me with new patient forms and insurance. I had Erin cleaned my teeth for me and talked me through everything. I came back for some fillings and I had Dr. Ing do those for me. He was also informative and talked me through everything. They all made sure I was doing ok and took care in what they were doing.
Overall, customer service was wonderful! They were knowledgeable and communicative.

I never regret moving to this dental clinic, the staff are very kind and friendly. The place is very clean, they keep you posted of the plan of care and the dentist is very thourough. My hygienist really takes her time to clean my teeth. Cost is very reasonable. To update this review, during this pandemic, i was hessitant at first to visit my dentist but all my anxiety were gone when the receptionist askes me about contact history , travel and temperature. Etc. They follow CDC guidines...
