Waiting was non-existent, and staff were ready to greet me. They knew my name, had my previous x-rays on the screen and got right to work! Great concern for my comfort throughout, and Dr. Ing provided a thorough examination. I feel well cared for at Dental World!

New to the office. My DCCH insurance is only accepted at a few places this being one of them. I was very happy that the waiting area is white and clean. The technology they used from showing me my problem on a mounted screen via nifty mouth camera. To the bedside manner and gentleness shown when doing my instant xrays also shown on the screen was great. That was just reception and the dental assistant. Feeling positive. Even though I knew I cracked my filling and was worried I cracked my tooth. When the dentist walked in he was kind very informative and gave clear directions to what he was doing when he was doing it. His calm voice made it easy to forget why I was there. He was the first dentist that didn’t rinse my topical numbing all all over my mouth or down my throat although he warned it may happen. Then the numbing, no pinch no pain. Seriously that never happens.The filling to replace my cracked filling was composite they do not use “silver” and it was so nice when they were done. It was a clean smooth process. He also showed me via their nifty mouth camera that it was all nice and clean. I’m so glad I found a new dental office.

Dr. Ing was very professional and very detailed. He explain several options that were available to me. I felt welcomed by the entire staff and would highly recommend Dental World Kapolei.

Dental World made my first introduction to a civilian doctor amazing. They have set the bar for any future dentist I ever use.

The receptionist was kind and polite, answering any questions I had without any sign of frustration.
My dental hygienist Brittany was amazing. I’ve had previous experiences with other female dentist who were cruel, rough, and inconsiderate. Brittany has completely changed my opinion. She consistently checked on me. She asked if I was uncomfortable or if I needed a break. I have very sensitive teeth and none one of these things were a problem. Her efforts on my cleaning were impeccable. My gums are renewed (no bleeding) and my teeth and the cleanest I’ve had in years.

I am not paranoid or ashamed to smile anymore. Thank you for all your efforts.

This was our first visit for my bride and I to Dental World. We required a dental scaling and checkup, which was aptly performed by the attending Dental Hygienists, Erin and Stacie with the examination performed by Dr. Yoo DDS. What a pleasant surprise to be warmly welcomed and ushered to our respective examination areas on time. We found all personnel minding the social distancing rules and suited-up with the appropriate personal protective equipment. Although the scaling process is never pleasant, both Hygienists were great at their tasks, resulting in a pleasant experience and a quality job that left our tooth surfaces whiter and smooth. Our only recommendation is for the requested 7 pages of questions/releases to be emailed to us prior to the visit so as not to be rushed upon arrival.

Dr Hoshino was wonderful. I felt comfortable with my treatment plan and procedure. I understood what to expect and the initial cost before starting my treatment. I felt no pain or discomfort during my procedure and became relaxed knowing I was in good hands. The office staff were also welcoming and made my visit comfortable.

Fantastic friendly staff.

Dr ING is superb, friendly, calming, thoughtful and caring. He explained
everything he was doing, which was appreciated because I'm a coward
at the dentist and am always bracing for the surprise pain that I did not
have to worry about with his compassionate technique.

I found a new favorite dentist and will tell family, friends and strangers
about this great dental office.

And as a huge bonus, they took my dental plan.

If you are reading this, make the appointment, I'm retired from a customer
service field, I judge how I am treated, how the staff speak and treat each
other because it all matters! This office is professional and deserving.

Very friendly and accommodating. I went in for emergency cementing on an inlay crown and was helped promptly. Will now try them as my new dentist. GREAT!

Dental World had such a kind staff! They cleaned my teeth really well and did such a thorough check up! I felt very comfortable for my first at this dentist office and will be going back!
