The staff is amazing, I love the doctor... As someone who's had extreme anxiety and stress with dental issues, this is by far the most reassuring and kind group you could possibly see. This is the most friendly dentist office I have ever been to. That make me feel special. Dr Craig Smith had created an incredibly warm, efficient, professional and effective practice. This has been my dentist for 3.5 yrs and I was able to literally walk across the street. I moved across town but I plan on keeping A Reason to Smile as my dentist for as long as I live in Boise.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Smith and A Reason to Smile since before our kids were born in 1995. We have always had the best service with their caring, friendly staff. As a matter of fact, the staff are like family! Dr. Smith and Donna have been there all the years we have - that says something. We also appreciate that Dr. Smith stays absolutely current with state-of-the-art dentistry. He has worked with us over the years with various changes in our insurance status. Wonderful place, wonderful people. Everyone at A Reason to Smile is friendly and treats you like family as soon as your arrive. I have spent years without an actual dentist, as I have never been good at brushing and have felt a bit embarrassed about that. Last year, I decided to fix my brushing habits and get an actual dentist, and now I am very happy that I chose A Reason to Smile when browsing online. They didn't make me feel bad, at all, about the cavities I came in with, nor my past fillings. They also gave me pointers and encouragement...I now have good brushing and flossing habits!
