The staff and assistants were exceptional however Dr. Smith left a lot to be desired. I had to have all my teeth extracted due to all my mes I'd taken for years and I had dry mouth. I never received a good fit with my dentures, never. When I complained, the problem was always my fault. My dry mouth, I never complained upon leaving the office, etc. Hat is odd is that since the extraction of my bad teeth, I' ve never once had a problem with dry mouth. After the final fitting, the same excuses were expressed and excused from his care. I have never been pleased with the dentures, I can haeat only one meal and then have to reapply my fixative, I dare not sneeze or they will fly across the room, it's just a joke. Now I will have to go to another dentist to try a repair. I've gone through 5 different fixatives and none work longer then 5 hrs and I pray I dont have to eat. I do not recommend a reason to smile for dentures.

Routine cleanings were great, gentle and thorough.
However, I would NEVER recommend getting your wisdom teeth pulled here. I had my 2 upper wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Smith that resulted in chronic sinusitis. I realize this is a risk you take in getting your upper wisdom teeth pulled, though I don’t think it was handled correctly.
If Dr Smith had realized it was going to be difficult to pull, I should have been sent to a surgeon, not a general dentist.
Nothing was said, so out came my wisdom teeth. 5 days post, I noticed a strange smell/taste in my mouth that wouldn’t go away. I called Dr Smith and he prescribed me an anti biotic. 2 weeks later I called again bc symptoms weren’t getting better. He had me come in so he could take a look. No x-ray, just had me open my mouth and took a mirror to the extraction site. He didn’t say much other than prescribed me 2 other antibiotics. I called him after I had finished those and he told me if I still didn’t feel better to call back in 10 days. I was tired of waiting with zero answers...After being in so much pain I finally referred myself to an ear, nose and throat doctor(Dr Killian)
killian got me in for a CT scan that day and all 3 of my sinus cavities (on one side) were completely blocked- and a new diagnosis of chronic sinusitis. My only choices to help with the pain were steroids or surgery.
I had my CT scan sent directly to Dr Smith to show him why I was feeling/and in SO much pain the past weeks. He called me back and wanted me to come in. I almost broke down in tears bc of the frustration, pain, runaround, and medical bills I was now dealing with all while also training for a marathon and getting ready for my wedding. I asked Dr Smith if there was anyway I could be reimbursed or helped and he told me no, but he would give me a free x ray to give to my sinus Dr. really!?! I was shocked.
This was 1.5 years ago and I am still in pain daily. (Hence, chronic) I’m an avid runner and it constantly bothers me.
I’m not asking for a pitty party but I really think this whole situation was handled terribly and would hate for this to happen to someone else.

Friendly staff and hygienists. But with in a span of around four years.. Needed two separate fillings filled by Dr. Smith to be subsequently replaced by Dr.Smith. One fell out and another cracked. I’m not paying a dentist to replace his own work every 2-4 yrs. I have fillings from childhood that are still good to this day and I’m now 35 years old. You be the judge.

I was given an estimate of a $700 out-of-pocket expense after a $1300 insurance claim. Dr Smith did the work and then billed me for an additional $751. After receiving the bill, I spoke to the office manager on the phone multiple times, and personally went into the office on two separate occasions to find a mutually agreeable solution. Dr. Smith refused to speak to me directly. The office was very combative and offensive when I expressed concern over an estimate off by over 100%. The manager initially placed all of the blame on me, and eventually conceded to "errors in both parties." After pursuing all reasonable efforts to pay an amount closer to the estimate, I was forced to pay the full amount in order to save my credit from going to collections.
