I got my top dentures done there and i really liked them but after 6 months they cracked and they told me it would cost me $180 to fix them and they are not under warranty. This place is nothing but money grabbing con artist that dont care about you just your money.

I found this place originally so my husband could go in on a saturday and not miss work. They are the best place ive been to. Ive had trouble all my life with teeth and it seems matter what things would get put off and id have to make 3 or 4 trips for the same issue and the delay would cause more neglect to other important issues. They never get to it all you have to spread it out into a year long 20 visit plan and theres always unexpected costs....I just want to go and get things done! This is your place they get it done and they work with many insurances and they even helped me when i have no insurance. They are an efficient, caring group of dental professionals who want you to get it done. So many times i felt it was better to do something but the dentist would talk me into something else that ended up costly and id wish i couldve done it my way....aspen listens to what you want and offer you any services to fit your needs from the best options to the most affordable but they wont leave you without help. They have an option for whatever dilemma you are in and work with you. I appreciate that SO SO much. Im not saying other dentists are worse ive had many very good dentists work with me.They dont dink around and make you useless appointments and they will accomidate you so that it can be done on your schedule. I have never been so happy with the dentist before. My forst visit they pulled out two teeth right then and there. They dont mess around. I dont love the dentist ao when i finally goi am at the point where i needed it yesterday. Aspen will save you so much in time in cutting out the b.s. . My husband and i are very pleased with them and will continue to recommend them to everyone! They are just ready to get to it and they do a great job thank you for taking the time to read my comment i hope you will take my word for it you will not be disappointed. Aspen dental will get it done today. And those who cannot get the time they will even get you in on saturdays. They want you to feel good again. My next appointment with aspen covers all my dental issues that my other treatment plan had stretched over more than 6 mo ths (and not to mention during that time other things arise causing them to need to re do your treatment plan WHAT?!! ) In one single day! It feels good to see an end to that overwhelming 6 month to 12 month plan and felt like it wasnt possible to ever have a healthy mouth again. Thank you aspen.

I was greeted by a woman, the back of two occupied chairs facing me. I said hello and one woman turned to me and ask if she could help me- like I needed directions or something. When I told her I was there for an appointment, she still had her back to me. After knowing my name she said they had tried to contact me regarding my appointment but couldn’t reach me. I told her I confirmed via an email sent to me. She just sort of ignored that statement. I ask if my appointment had been canceled, she said no but never left her chair facing away from me. When I finally commented on her service, she rose and spoke with me face to face

The rest of the appointment was very professional and they took Cora time explaining what was happening and what steps came next

I was disappointed in the fact my appointment had been scheduled for a cleaning, but it was more a collection of data regarding my teeth. I had to schedule another appointment for the cleaning

Yes, I’m going back for the cleaning, I just hope they are as professional the next time as they work in my mouth.

I have serious doubts about their front and office staff

I had not been to the dentist in quite some time and figured it was time to get a check-up. I had a flawless dental record in the past and keep up with my regular hygiene. During my first visit they assured me based on my insurance there would be no out-of-pocket cost for the initial consultation and X-rays. Then they wanted to prescribe a $2,000 cleaning, 2 fillings for cavities, and 3 $170 cleanings a year versus 2 $40 cleanings for the rest of my life. Shocked at the cost, I went to a dentist who was a family friend and did a comparison. He and his partner found no cavities and that my teeth needed a little cleaning but nothing out of the ordinary. I am disappointed that this business would resort to selling treatments instead of prescribing what is needed. After the fact, I was also charged $37 for my X-rays that were promised to be no out-of-pocket. My verdict: sleazy doctors, staffed that in unfamiliar with their own billing, and overall a money-grabbing business. DO NOT go here for your treatment.

Everyone was friendly when i was there. I went in because I was having extreme pain and I couldn't see my regular dentist right away. I was told that I did not have an abscess and that she wouldn't prescribe me antibiotics. I was able to see my regular dentist the day after and I for sure had an abscess and went an additional 24 hours with the pain for no reason. Everything I was quoted from 3d xray to cleanings were triple the price then my regular dentist and the endodontic specialist I was referred too.

I gave them a 2 star reason, I was in pain looking to have a couple teeth removed they got me in right away. However I am self employed with no insurance so I only had a couple hundred dollars to pay for the service. The doctor was very smooth in telling me how I needed dentures and implants were my best option. I stressed to her how I cannot afford that, she continued to tell me her financial worker is wonderful and would help me find a solution so I can have the surgery. After my visit with her she informed me it would cost $16,000. I did not qualify for this plan and she said the second plan I would need to give a $6000 up front payment. I felt pressured and very small. I just wanted to have my teeth pulled and feel better. The doctor wasn't as warm as she was in the beginning and said very little during the procedure.

Very caring about what you feel or think. Very gentle excellent place to go for your dental care

In my opinion, I gave them 5 stars. They are the best that I have been to. From the time you walk in, the office is clean and felt comfortable. Jessica, at the front desk, greets you with a smile and is so friendly. I have never had to wait more than a minute or two and I am always early. The dental assistants Abby and Crystal are friendly, making you comfortable, helping you and so cute. Dr. Watts is very very good. Never had a woman dentist, but she was amazing. So willing to help and do whatever you want and need. And I could listen to her for hours because she has the most wonderful accent. She was so gentle and went out of her way to make sure I received what I wanted. The treatment coordinator, Louise spent time doing the most and best for me and my situation. They are all beautiful ladies and I enjoy going there. I moved from Idaho Falls to Coeur d Alene 2 years ago, and the same thing Dr. Watts did for me ( but did extra work) was less expensive than Idaho Falls. So in my opinion, I think they are wonderful. Helpful, fun, willing to help and beautiful ladies. Thank you for helping me.

The office personnel at Aspen Dental in Coeur d'Alene are awesome. Abigail B. was especially helpful in answering questions, Dr Karen Watts was very good with the dental care, Karinne K was very gentle and helpful with hygiene, and Ashlee was kind and helpful with her guidance and care. CDA Aspen Dental was just simply amazing in how they dealt with everything. I’ve had some bad experiences at previous dentist offices but Aspen Dental made everything easy and explained everything to me. I had a root canal and a few crowns put in. Dr. Mileski and Dr. Watts both did an incredible job while keeping me pain free. My teeth used to hurt after cleanings with other dentist. With Aspen Dental, I was able to walk out of the procedure and continue on with my day which was amazing. They are incredible and I will always recommend them to anyone after the job they did with my teeth. Thank you to Dr. Mileski, Dr. Watts and their team.
