THE BEST experience with any dental office in the area, and I've been to a few!!! Ladies at the front desk are wonderful. Desiree, the office manager, is amazing. She's wonderful with all my insurance questions and billing questions. Dr. Wood has been the best. Set my mind a ease and makes me feel 100% better about being there. Turned my fear of the dentist around. All the work that I've had done so far has been painless and quick. And getting scheduled is a breeze. So many available time slots and flexible hours!!!! I'll continue to go here and have been referring all that I can!!

This is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Every person I’ve encountered there is the most amazing, genuine, caring, non judge-mental person I’ve ever met. They do everything they can to make you feel at home and like family there in my opinion, on top of that they do an amazing job at their work and really take pride in what they do. I genuinely can’t understand why this place has the amount of bad reviews it does because it’s seriously top notch. They seriously care about their clients and I couldn’t imagine going to any other office for my dental needs. Thank you so much to everyone at aspen dental. You are ALL amazing.

I'm very greatful for the Aspen Dental team. The total process was performed professionally and completely. They were very considerate in managing my level of pain. Thanks to Andria my Hygienist, my mouth has not felt as clean and healthy as it does now. A special thanks to my Dentist Doctor Paddilla (forgive me if my spelling is off) for being so gentle and confident in removing a tooth that did not want to leave. I plan on living in Coeur d'Alene for the rest of my life. I've had several great dental professionals in my 75 years and I'm very happy to know that I have found Aspen Dental.

I have had a fear of the Dentist since I was a kid. I have never been to a dentist office where I felt so comfortable until my appointment at Aspen. They have friendly staff and the dentist was very informative about what I needed for treatment. I knew exactly what I needed and the steps to get it completed. The Office Manager really cared if I got this work done and helped me trouble shoot my finances so that I could make this happen. I will definitely be telling my friends and family this is the place to go. Thank you Aspen and its staff you rock!!!!

Absolutely will not recommend the Coeur d'Alene office to anyone, friends or strangers. Absolutely terrible service.

I scheduled an appointment 8 weeks in advance. The morning of the appointment, they called me and asked why I was visiting. I also found out that they miss-scheduled my appointment to a different time than we had originally scheduled it for. I was worried, so I called them back a while later and asked if they had everything they needed to see me since I had to drive 3 hours to get to their office. I was willing to reschedule. They lied and said they were ready to see me. I got there, and sat in the chair for 2 minutes before they said they couldn't help me because they didn't have my patient information and their dental equipment was down.

They refused to do anything to make up for their lying about being ready for me, even though I made a point to check beforehand. (They knew they didn't have my information and knew the equipment was down during our phone calls that morning.) All they did was send me to the Lewiston office (2 hours away from Coeur d'Alene) since their equipment was functioning. My patient information still wasn't available, but they tried to help me anyways. Lewiston was acting quite rushed when working with me, but did stay a little after they closed to finish me up. I then drove home and got there at 1am after dodging moose, elk, and many other critters. Coeur d'Alene is aware of this timeline and still refused to do anything to accommodate the trouble they caused me.

All calls I've had with this Coeur d'Alene office since this day, have been an absolute disaster. The office staff refuses to let me talk to anyone that is knowledgeable about teeth so I can get my questions answered. They answer questions without asking the knowledgeable people, and the when I call Lewiston in frustration, I get all of my questions and worries answered right away and find out that Coeur d'Alene was lying to me again.

Overall, I would not recommend the Coeur d'Alene office of Aspen Dental.

I'm fairly certain I submitted a survey explaining this poor service, but was never contacted to further explain the situation so that they could better understand my concerns. I'm not sure they even care to read the answers.

The hospitality staff and assistants are super friendly and nice but the dentists only treat you as if you are a pile of cash for them to grab. They don’t actually care about you or your needs. My dentist recommended I get 4 crowns and put $5000 Invisalign on my bill without even asking. I’ve been to lots of dentists in the area over the years including one a month before. No dentist has ever (and still don’t since switching) recommend a crown let alone 4! She even went as far as to tell me that if I don’t get Invisalign my front teeth will just break off one day??? This particular dentist I believe was Karine Watts so I’m not entirely sure about the others. Either way, I recommend going anywhere else in town to avoid these crooks.

This place will accommodate same day appointments, there is a reason for that. Believe these reviews you read because there are a lot of red flags. Offered to waive fees for first exam-great tactic on drawing people in to a failing business.

Once in the office, informed that they don’t accept the insurance, so thanks for wasting out time!
Money talks-as soon as they present their inflated price and you state you can’t afford it, they suddenly are rude and do not care about you.
Dentist felt confident enough to talk rudely about patient in hall way within ear shot.
Staff that answers phones have conflicting information.
Asked for break down of cost, break down just gave total for ALL possible treatment with no specifics of what the price was related to. No details at all, but somehow over 8k?

Forced us to make a fast decision after paying 12,000. They said that all you have to everything will be covered they held the dentures hostage until we paid 1,100 more they were nasty about payment. And my husband hates his dentures I couldn’t find one good thing to say about them. They lied force you making a fast decision and hold you hostage to pay more then what they promised! Stay away from them at all cost!

If I could give negative stars I would. They messed up my appointments, the scheduling, and the billing. They tried charging me for a bunch of fillings I never got. The only good thing that came from this place was the referral for the oral surgeon.

Such a great experience! I cannot say enough about this facility and the team that works here. I called with a dental emergency and they got me in within the hour. Gave me a game plan, worked with me on finances and they next morning went into surgery. The doctors receptionist and assistants were all on there A game! Quick prep, quick surgery and an overall excellent experience. Thank you apen dental. Highly recommended!
