Run don't walk from this office (and Aspen in general ). I went in for complimentary exam and xrays. Was diagnosed with 2 cavities..treatment being 2 root canals and 2 crowns for a cost of $4000, which surprised me since I have no pain. I have no insurance. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Not only do I only have ONE cavity but even that one does not require root canal!

I have never had a more thorough exam & cleaning in all my life of visiting a dentist. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, and even if they weren't able to answer a question I had, they checked with another to do so. They were willing to assist me in every way they could.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! I don’t do these reviews often, but I find it necessary in this case. If you do business at Aspen Dental, you will likely have problems, including billing errors and when problems arise, the office manager will blow you off. STAY AWAY

Literally crooks. On the day of my root canal, they charged me two times more than they originally quoted. After the procedure finished and I payed IN FULL, they began calling me and telling me I still owed over $200. They will lie in order to get your business. Stay very far away from this place.

This facility does not accept MCNADental (Idaho Smiles) The poor rating I provided is not because they don't accept the insurance. The poor rating is because I spent 20min of my life on the phone with someone in Florida who took all my father's information, scheduled an appointment but did not tell me they wouldn't accept his insurance. This was a total waste of time. Obviously, this facility does not care about their patients.

What I like best about Aspen Dental is they made me feel comfortable because I really don’t like the dentist. The receptionist were super nice and the hygienist I had was super funny and also passionate about her job.
