Its been a few months since i had oral work done through them ....i asked mutiple times whilein the office if i had to 0ay up frontand how much i owed .i eneded up chargingall of the work i sceduled on my dental first card ... A. Week later the office calls and tells me if i wanted to finish with the worl i would have to pay 1305 upfront or goto theofficethatmy insurance covera which im currently going . I justgot a bill sayingi owe them 1297 . I owe this untruthful money hungry peoplenothing .iwillbe callinginthe morning to fix this problem because the lady inthefront office reassured me i owed nothingand it was all charged to my dental first account card . iwouldnever refer anybody to this place ever again .... FYI they did half the worl then told me they cant finish it ...

I had my teeth cleaned at the grand opening and felt very welcomed by the team. At the front desk, Kaylee helped check me in, and was very friendly and helpful. Leslie did a great job cleaning my teeth and really made me feel at ease.

Didn’t have a problem with dental services, but every time I have an appointment (if I’m even in their system, even after scheduling) they make me wait anywhere from half an hour to an hour to even seat me.
The first time I went in, they were all at lunch, and even though they were in the back and I could hear them, they didn’t come up to the counter for half an hour. Later that day, took me an hour to get me in for a cleaning (that I had an appointment for). The third time, even though I scheduled in person with their office manager, I wasn’t in the system and had another hour wait. I have an hour drive to get here because nothing is covered in my county by insurance. Should have looked to see the 2.6 star rating here first lmao

I can't believe this place is still in business. My husband had made countless long trips for appointments only to find out they made another mistake and he has to come back again. High staff turn over. They got patients mixed up and billed my husband for another patient's services. He was supposed to get his retainers in December after having to get scans 3 times because of staff error. Its June and he still doesn't have them. There is a huge lack of communication amongst the staff. There is no way we would ever go here again.

Dr Wood is an exceptional dentist! I never knew how amazing my mouth could feel without any pain! She made sure I was comfortable and everything was painless! I recommend her to anyone!!

1. Very unhappy from numerous times walking into the office asking to speak with management, told they were busy at the time or in a meeting. Told they would call back.....still waiting. 2. I paid my bill in full although they sent me to collection for none payment and I've had to prove myself it was paid. 3. Also have tried to find out the guarantee because my plate has a crack in it and has had for as long as I've been waiting for the call back the 1st time. Yeah not a happy customer!

Staff and dentist were very professional and informative. They worked with me on making payments. Very happy with my appointment.

Scam artists! They are listed under emergency dental services, i made it very clear that i needed a tooth pulled. They spent an hour and a half doing xrays, paperwork, poking and prodding around and formulating a care plan. I then go to finance to talk about paying for all these services. I told them, i only came here for 1 thing...to have my tooth pulled. Oh, i have to check to see if the dentist can today...you'll have to wait an hour for her to stay late or it'll be tomorrow. Excuse me? I didn't ask for any of the things you did today. None of it. I'm not paying a dime to you people. You just wasted my afternoon doing nothing. Made it clear beforehand that i was a truck driver and was only here for the day to get errands run and the tooth pulled. Rip off artists. I'll see them in court and sue them for fraud if they send me a bill. Zero stars. Dishonest as they come.

Best dental experience ever. The staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and bubbly. Same day appointment and treatment. Highly recommend. Thank you. Keep up the great work.
