OK, I have been submitting reviews on Dr. Frandsen since moving to his practice in December 2018 and starting a dental implant procedure and replacement of a bridge covering 4 teeth with crowns. As previously mentioned, I have never experienced a dentist with the level of expertise, care and enthusiasm as Dr. Frandsen. His entire staff also is professional, experienced and have the same care and enthusiasm as him. It has been a joy to go through the 3 month implant process as everything went as planned and on time as explained by Frandsen at the outset back in December. Even the lab that Frandsen works with, Treasure Dental Lab, Cresta, has the same commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction as Dr. Frandsen. Cresta really cared that my crowns were perfect. Today was the final installation of my implant and crowns and upon seeing them I almost cried right there in the dental office. I felt like I was seeing the true me for the first time in years. All the problems from my previous crown of 30 years were resolved. My lips could not hold back my desire to smile big and proud of my new teeth. I have not smiled this broad in decades. I can honestly say I looked at Dr. Frandsen and said, “I know I’m paying you for this, but THANK YOU so much for giving me my smile back!” I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Frandsen for years to come as I know my teeth will be in great hands. If you ever have doubts about your current dental care and are looking to explore a new dentist, take the leap like I did and give Dr. Frandsen a try. I’m sure you will walk away with the same wonderful feeling I have…and enjoy smiling again!

Dr Heninger is the best dentist in Idaho Falls. My 8 year old loves to go for our teeth cleaning every 6 months. That’s saying a lot from an 8 year old boy. Dr Heninger is good with the family. I highly recommend him for all your teeth needs :-)

I highly recommend this dentist office. I have a hard time at the dentist from childhood dentistry and they made me feel very welcome at their office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and compassionate faces, and that continued throughout my entire visit. If you are nervous at the dentist or you just want an honest and detailed dentist, GO HERE! I'd give 10 stars if I could!
