Very friendly and personable - and not at all condescending. I have high anxiety with dentists but they made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and were very accommodating. They provided a blanket for comfort and a towel for me to wring if needed and I was distracted just enough by food network on the TV - BBQed unicorn leg for the win! 10/10 - highly recommend. 👌

I chipped a tooth and they got me in the very next day. Their customer service is awesome and Dr. Henninger took just enough time to make sure the detail on the tooth was accurate and not going to bother me. They always do a fabulous job!! I tell everyone to go here when needing dental work!

These guys are amazing! I’ve had repair/filling work done twice now and they are quick, efficient and thorough. I struggled with my two prior dentists, having to go back for more filing or something bothering me still after I’d get work done. Frandsen and Henninger actually fixed my issues AND I was so impressed that I didn’t hurt for two days after like my other dentists. Which, to me, means they don’t beat you up while doing the work. Seriously, after only maybe a half hour after the numbness wore off it was like I never even went to the dentist. Nothing hurt. No aches or pains and problem solved. I HIGHLY recommend!! And I travel from Blackfoot and will continue. Well worth the commute!

Everyone's really nice. They are always very gentle during my teeth cleaning which is not the case with some other dentists in town. They also gave me a gift card on my first visit. I highly recommend this place!

I love this office! Been with them almost 4 years, nothing but kind, courteous, prompt staff and doctors! No pressure when deciding on dental care, tell you what they think the best route and let you make the ultimate decision. Emergency? They make time to fit you in! The reception is wonderful, smiles all day long, know your name! I love this clinic!

Frandsen is hands down the best dentist in Idaho falls. I’ve lived here for over 30 years and have tried just about every dentist here in that time always moving to the next because it’s either over priced or shotty work. Frandsen has a dedication for his craft and is always learning and is even teaching at ISU as well. He has excellent bedside manner, fair pricing, and genuinely cares for his patients. I finally found a dentist I can trust and plan to continue seeing for the next 30 years!
