There's a reason why this dental office has earned nothing but 5/5 star ratings! This was my husband's and my first visit. I realize first-timers want to make a great first impression but there are some things a dentist's office cannot hide. From the very first phone call until we were out the door the entire staff was quite professional, kind, efficient, and caring., and had a great sense of humor. Everyone knew and did their jobs well but were still able to "cover" for another when needed. There was no "passing the buck." The team work, as well as the hard work are evident. I've never had a hygienist who was as willing to share with me all of her knowledge regarding my personal dental care as the one I had, which I appreciated. Typically they just clean teeth and leave the education to the dentist. This staff is obviously happy so kudos to the upper management. Thanks for a great first experience!

Would definitely recommend this dental office!! The scheduling was easy, all the staff were so friendly and polite. They walked me through every step of the way and explained everything in an easy way to understand. I really appreciated that. Dr Frandsen was amazing! He said up front that they prefer a conservative approach to treatment and do not push you into treatments that you do not need. Not very many businesses are like that anymore, so that was very impressive. Will most definitely return and will recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks again!!

I came to Dr. Frandsen after I chipped a front tooth. My local dentist couldn’t get me in for several weeks. I was recommended by a friend who told me he’s the best cosmetic dentist in town. I called and they got me in really quick. Dr. Frandsen gave me several different options of what I could do and laid out price differences between each one. He was great at explaining it all and very patient with me while I made my decision. I had a vacation coming up and they went above and beyond to make sure the crown process would be all done before I left. When I wanted my tooth shaved down just a little more they were very accommodating and wanted to make sure I was totally happy with the way it looked. I’m very pleased with the way it looks. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with! Great experience!

Doc Heninger had better not retire……best dentist EVER!! Connie, who cleans my teeth, is the best hygienist EVER. Latesha and Crystal at the front desk, best EVER!!! The rest of the staff have always been very, very friendly and always accommodating!!! DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE❤️💜❤️

Have always been given great care. They are always friendly and informative on any proceedure and discuss options. No surprises. All around great staff.

This place is awesome!! I've been going there since I was a little girl, I hadn't been in years because I moved away up until recently and I'll say that this office has just gotten better! The staff is amazing, they definitely strive to make sure their patients are being taken care of! A special shout out to Brooke, she truly went above and beyond helping me out with my insurance and getting everything squared away for me! Could not have done it without her!
