First impression were awesome. Very kind and super friendly staff. Dr was excellent. Very thorough and explained what he would be doing as he examined me. I felt comfortable even with my fear of dentist. I totally recommend this location and dental office.
Update: My opinion has not changed. This office has an outstanding and awesome team. They are great and very thorough. I also love how they make you feel extremely comfortable. Love this office and all the staff. I 100% recommend to anyone.

I love this office!! They are professional and fun. Dr Frandsen is incredibly thorough when explaining steps so you always feel comfortable. He is also honest when it comes to absolute needs vs suggested options - as in he’s not trying to squeeze every penny out of you. He teaches and tells you if cheaper options will work. He provides a lot of education that I’ve never had at any other office. It took me years to find a good dentist in Idaho Falls and I’m so grateful I finally found an honest and skilled one!

Love this place. Everyone is super nice. The dental hygienist is amazing and Dr Frandsen is awesome! They take the time to explain everything and go over the X-rays with you. Highly recommend!

Dr Frandsen and Dr Heninger have gone above and beyond to help my family out. They are always willing to come in on a weekend for emergency pain if needed or take time to talk to you about our concerns. We love the staff and especially Tenil. Phenomenal Dentist & Staff!!! I feel so fortunate to have such an amazing dentist. He has been my family’s dentist ever since I was a young teenager. Not only did they both take time to talk to me individually about all seven of my children and the details of their teeth, but they stopped and took time to get to know me and my family. Dr. Frandsen is wonderful! He's very caring. He explains everything to me before he starts and tells me to raise my hand if I need a break or something's bothering me. The services are extremely reasonable, they offer more solutions than any other dentist I've been to and they don't push unnecessary work. You're the best Dr. Frandsen!
