My son was in a nasty motorcycle wreck and had shattered several teeth on a Saturday. Dr. Wade was the only dentist we could get a hold of and he was gracious enough to bring his entire family to the clinic on the weekend to help my son until we were able to get back in on Monday for a more thorough evaluation. Dr. Wade has since put two of my kids through braces. Several times we have had brackets pop off the braces, we are able to call the office and they are able to get them replaced/fixed day of. His offices dedication and unselfishness to help has been truly wonderful.

The support staff is great. However, the dentist brothers were extremely condescending, blaming me each time for their sub par work. I had to go back in 3 times and the work just disintegrated and broke each time (within days). The procedure I had was some bonding near the bottom of my 2 front teeth, immediately pieces were falling off in my mouth. Additionally, I requested the whitest shade of bonding, but the teeth they repaired are much darker than my natural ones. I'm having them redone. Expensive then and expensive now to fix. Very disappointed and not at all a pleasant experience.

These are the nicest ppl you’ll ever meet. Their communication through the whole process was exceptional. I have dental anxiety and they made the whole process with sedation very easy for me. 5 stars all the way aesthetic smiles team!!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I have never written a review because I've always thought it to be unnecessary, but if I can save one person from going there, this post is worth it!! They claim to be the "best in the area," but I can assure you, they're not. They run their business like a used car lot. Their services are WAY over priced, and they make false statements/promises to get you in the chair. I spent $15,000 on veneers (10 teeth) that look NOTHING like the picture I sent as an example. I'm left with significant gaps between my teeth that trap food and teeth that look ridiculously bulbous. Sure, they're not the worst teeth you have ever seen, but for $15,000, I was expecting to LOVE my smile. They should have told me, in the beginning, they were unable to achieve the example I sent.
My husband also had a bad experience. After we expressed to the office we didn't want any additional out of pocket expenses this year, they proceeded to use their "used car lot" tactics to get him in the chair as well. We ended up with an additional thousand (+) in expenses. When I tried to talk to the Dr about my concerns, he laughed in my face. I'm sure they will respond with some clever way of explaining their way out of the situation (true to their fashion), but do yourself a favor and don't let them trap you as they did us.

I cannot believe you're denying that I was ever a patient. Actually, it fits with the culture of your office.... You absolustely know exactly who I am. Yes, this account is in my maiden name but I was an established patient as Lamb well before.
Dr. Wade Pilling was my dentist. DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANY SERVICES!
