Aesthetic Smiles: Pilling Wade DMD

I have been going to Dr. Wade since I first moved to Idaho about a year and a half ago. The front desk staff is always so friendly, the office is beautiful, the dental assistants always do a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable!! My whole family goes here and we all love it!

I recently broke my permanent retainer and Dr. Wade came into the office early to fix it before I had to catch a flight.

You won't regret going to Dr. Wade :)

I’ve had the pleasure of taking numerous continuing education courses with Dr Piling as well as learning from the numerous cases he’s shared with me. Of all the dentists I know, and there are a lot of the , he achieves stunning results. I believe it’s his passion and extreme skill that creates such beautiful smiles. They were all great. They were able to squeeze me in last minute to take care of a dental emergency and they were able to fix me up the same day. Very informative and had very nice modern equipment which made the process better. Highly recommend them.

Tabitha is by far the best Hygienist I’ve ever been to!! I have anxiety about the dentist and she was the sweetest about it! She made sure I was doing okay the entire time, and talked with me so I would be distracted. I will forever go to her because she was so awesome!

I have always had bad teeth and by the time I was 19 I had lost all of my upper teeth. A few years later I lost most of the bottom teeth with only about eight total teeth remaining and most of those were brittle and falling out on their own. I have struggled with my teeth for many years and have had to deal with being called names and being judge by those around me. After getting engaged to my fiancé I decided it was time to see if I could do something about my smile. I went to see Dr. Pilling after seeing a commercial on TV. I was nervous because I had been judged by so many dentists before; but I was greeted by the friendliest staff and Dr. Pilling was not only kind, but he did not judge me in anyway, he was extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about the work he does. I had to have teeth pulled on the lower jaw, bone graphs, implants but when I had questions or concerns the staff was right there to help me and guided me through the entire process. I have so my trust for the staff here at Aesthetic Smiles, I will never go anywhere else. I now have denture implants that look so natural and feel so natural that no one would know my teeth are not real. I could not have asked for a better team to have gone through the implant process with but I now have a new smile that I can be proud of and it is all thanks to Dr. Pilling and his staff.
