I love that Dr. doesn't settle for anything less the perfect.. he goes above and beyond to provide the highest best quality results. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Love the warm cleanly environment.. especially the warm blankets. I would highly recommend for any new patients . You will not be disappointed Guarantee!

Worst choice I have made in a long time! If you are looking to pay quadruple what you would pay somewhere else then this is the place to go! With insurance a filling was over $300 even after our insurance!!!! Not to mention how horrible of a job they did too! The inside of my lip was cut open from the tool he was using pressing my lip into my teeth, they left so much cement in my mouth it was chilling off when I would eat. The extra cement that was left all over the roof of my mouth slowly peeled off taking the skin with it making it swell like it had been burned! For my first ever cavity I was terrified to go back to the dentist but did and With the new dentist and the exact same procedure was $60 after insurance!!! Never going back there!!! My husbands root canal was over 2,500.00 after insurance and with out new dentist same procedure + two cavities being filled $280 after insurance!!!!!!! Don't let them rob you!! This family of six has suffered enough!!

I appreciate that Dr. Wade Pilling showed his concern for my comments (below) by calling me in an effort to better understand my comments. My rating was in no way intended to diminish my satisfaction with the level of care I have received. However, I continue to feel that the most effective way to get our arms around COVID is to adhere to practices that will protect not only ourselves, but strangers we may never know.

I have been a client since moving to Meridian. Tabatha has been a terrific hygienist. I arrived earlier today (1-12-21) for my 3X yearly periodontal appointment.

Unfortunately, this establishment is openly ignoring the seriousness of COVID, especially with the spread of the new virus strains. Masks are not being worn by some staff and are not required to be worn by patients (obviously unless during procedure). When asked by one patient if masks were required, the reply from receptionist (without mask) was "No." I promptly stood up, asked if mask rulings were being enforced and was told it was "optional". I simply replied, "Cancel my appointment. Cancel my account."

Tabatha deserves 5 stars.

People must start taking this pandemic more seriously...especially those in the medical profession. It shows respect and caring for the very people who support them.

I was very reluctant about posting a review a few months back, but i’ve decided I should now after seeing the replies to the negative reviews. This place does not take COVID seriously. At all. I’ve seen the replies defending the receptionist and other hygienist not wearing masks. When I went in like 3-4 months ago, the receptionist wasn’t wearing and mask and the most of the staff was wearing masks below their noses. The receptionist wasn’t even wearing a mask below her nose or another just proudly maskless. I have had relatives die from COVID-19 so it is frustrating to see places take no regard for others health and safety. I can just tell these people are probably anti-maskers. Not only is the blatant disregard for the pandemic alarming, but so is one of my experiences here.

After I got a dental procedure done I had swelling and pain in my jaw so I went back to see what was going on. I had pus oozing out of a hole in my mouth. Mind you I was in immense amount of pain. I was basically told to wash my mouth out and I would be fine. After my pain getting worse I went to an actual medical doctor and it turns out that I had a salivary gland infection. If I left it ignored it could have spread to other parts of my body.

Just to add: Responding to negative reviews in such a defensive and rude way is very unprofessional and does not reflect well on the business. I highly doubt that the reason the receptionist was maskless was because she was talking to a deaf person since every time i’ve been in during the pandemic the receptionist was maskless. Also, clients should also be wearing masks. No exceptions.

Edit after owners response: When multiple clients are sharing the same concerns, it is very unlikely that they are all liars. Responding to negative reviews defensively calling your clients liars is not a cute look. The level of unprofessionalism.... far too much.

Dr. Pilling did a fantastic job!!! I had had some crowns that were 47 years old along with many others that were done throughout the years. Though they didn't look too bad from a distance, there were several different shades, shapes and spaces.Dr. Pilling told me not only were there cosmetic issues, I would start losing teeth in the near future if something wasn't done. The first dentist that ever told me that and I've been to many. I got a second opinion from the only other registered cosmetic dentist in the area and it took them days to diagnose what Dr. Pilling told me in an hour.He did a total mouth and gum restoration, bone graphs, and two implants along with all new porcelain crowns.He performed all the work himself whereas the other dentist would have sent me to specialists. After every procedure I always left the office with a nice looking set of temporaries His entire staff was excellent and very professional throughout making me feel very comfortable. If I had any doubt Dawns' teeth at the front office assured me my would be great, and the were. Dr. Pilling did hers.....Jerry

Wade is one of the most talented dentists I have ever had the privilege of experiencing. His work is world renowned and his courses sell out almost immediately because he is in such high demand to learn from. Dr. Pilling even volunteers his weekends to travel to Arizona to teach other dentists how to place implants the correct way so they can one day hope to be a fraction as skilled as he is. If I ever need restorative dental work done, I’ll be traveling to Idaho to have Wade do it.

Pressured sales to buy dental related merchandise, very unprofessional. Messed up billing due to their error (wrong patient name) accused us of not having current insurance and instead of calling they unprofessionally argue via text. Then they have the nerve to spam text for another appointment. We took our money and business to a more professional practice.

Aesthetic Smiles is 2nd to none. From front office staff to both Doctors and everyone in between.
I now have a beautiful smile and healthy teeth.
Dr. Jordan personally called me to check on my wellbeing after a big procedure.
He made a very well thought out plan for the best possible result, for my oral health. He is thorugh, professional and a consummate perfectionist.
The office is immaculate, modern and welcoming.
I will never use another dentist.

Front desk is friendly, but may have not been informed of my arrival or appointment. I was able to get my free consultation and am very appreciative of the dentist thorough evaluation. I hope to do business with him in the future. Mahalo
