My first impression of Premier Dental care was
this is a professional organization. Although they were short handed that day. The staff took a copy of my insurance information and allowed me to fill out the new client paper work from home. Their insurance coordinator set an appointment at my convenience and had all my insurance details already on the computer when i arrived for my dental visit. Dr.. Joel Bingham DDS Was very knowledgable and precise with his diagnosis. He and his assistant were fantastic and very personable. Dr.. Bingham took a conservative approach to fixing a tooth that was giving me a debilitating shock when i bit down on many types of foods. It was so painful i would avoid chewing food on that side of my mouth. I was in the dentist chair maybe 10 minutes. Dr.. Bingham ground a few spots on my tooth and said try that before we consider any procedures more intensive. I was thinking, really? that is all it takes to fix something causing that kind of intense pain, no way! They sat down with me in a consultation room after this procedure and went over what else i needed in regard to additional dental work and scheduled me back to the dentist office for the very next day and i was given an approximate cost in advance for the additional work to be done and i was not charged for the amazing work done on my very first visit as a new patient to Premier Dental Care. Well, about 2 hours after the work Dr. Bingham did. I ordered a salad with croutons for lunch that i could not eat before. I was amazed to find that Dr.. Bingham got it right the very first time. I was no longer in any pain chewing, period. What a great feeling. I am submitting a letter of recommendation for Dr. Bingham to be considered for a raise, a promotion and a day off, lol. On a serious note i am very impressed. I am a disabled veteran and i will refer all the vets i know. I will refer all my friends and family also. I hope Dr. Bingham will always be my Dentist. Thanks again Dr. Bingham.

Dr. Bingham is great! Friendly, actually cares about you. He is quick but thorough, with minimal discomfort, and the results are awesome. The staff at Premier are friendly, caring and professional.

Dental assistants were great, unfortunately I can not say the same for the dentist or the lady who does the financials. Dentist seemed to be rushing, not properly adjusting my crown. Either it was very poorly made, or very poorly placed. It was like he got tired of messing with it and finally told me that I just wasn't used to it. Almost a month later, it still feels wrong and has sensitivity that was not there previously. I wish I had saved the money, close to $2000 combined with insurance, on this and simply pulled the tooth. So not worth it. Worst dental experience ever.
