They were friendly, but in reality WAY too friendly. My first appointment I was overwhelmed by an overly friendly southern lady who talked my ear off for an hour before I even got my x-rays. My appointment that should have taken an hour or so, took over 3 hours. And their pricing is higher than many others in the valley. I just didn't feel right about this place.
And when I tried to get my dental records to take to another establishment they refused. They told me that I would have to have my new dentist request the records, which slowed down the process considerably! I paid for those records, and they contain MY information, so I should have full rights to do with them as I please! I will never go back!

My husband was prepped for a crown on a Thursday. Ended up in the ER and admitted to the hospital to drain a submandibular abscess on Monday. If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever and it cost us lost wages, hospital and Dr. bills
