My family had a horrid experience here. We went in every 6 months for our cleanings, they missed a cavity my daughter had and it abscessed. Another dentist had to pull it out. She is 7 years old and so the new dentist had to cap it so her real tooth could come in. Then my husband needed a transplant and he had the work done, ordered the tooth. The lady at the front desk, Cheryl, said she would call when it came in. A year later she yelled at my husband for not paying for it and yet she never called us to say it was in. And we called her repeatedly. Then, to top it all off, my husband went through our bill with her to make sure it was paid in full. She said it was. I talked to her about it too and asked her to send me a bill. She never did. So we couldn't pay a bill we didn't know about. Then she turned us over to collections. We spoke to the doctor about her and nothing happened.
And now they are offering me a free whitening to give them 5 stars? Oh hell no.
Dr. Romriell was nice enough, but Cheryl has ruined it for us and I am sure she has done it to others also. No way would I recommend them and if I could give them less than one star I would.

I spent over 15 hours in his chair. One time 6.5 hours. Imagine the pain I went through. Well after the numbness wore off I had zero pain. In fact I ate stake.. him and his staff is second to none. He fixexed my mouth including every tooth to put in my bridge. I can now not be embarrassed to smile. Dr. Romwell and his staff are second to none. Plus my fiance's dentures were cracked and never fit right. He rebuilt them and they fit perfectly. 5 stars is an understatement. I give him 11. Dr. Your the best of the best and so is your staff

Very informative and thorough. I used to go to another Dentist office that didn't seem to cover anything that my Hygienist and Doctor covers here(such as checking for mouth cancer). Very friendly and Welcoming staff.

Dr. Romriell and the hygienists are fantastic. Unfortunately, the front desk, Cheryl, is useless. She will go a year without billing you then hit you with a huge bill when you come in for a cleaning. This happened to me twice. Never again. It is not worth having to deal with Cheryl.
