This place has a bunch of bells and whistles that are added into the cost of service (e.g. first time patient gift bag with a mug, massage chair). They push hard on selling additional services like laser treatment for gums (that aren't fully covered by insurance - and my insurance is generous), yet they can't fully explain the need for it nor cite how it is a proven treatment. They have another location that is more dental work focused, which insurance covers more.

Their billing/bookkeeping is frustrating! They offer a small discount to pay all out of pocket, then said that the insurance will send a reimbursement check directly to you instead of them. My insurance had no idea of this practice, and said they shouldn't be doing that, and sends the check to Eagle Falls. Upon which it took me a few calls over a month, with a lot of miscommunication (after they confirmed to have my check and would mail it, but didn't even process it), to finally get my money!

Aside from the above, the dental work was good and service was excellent. I loved how they are prompt with the time - hardly any waiting. You need to find people who have worked there a while. Their technology seems up to date. However, they told me to use fluoride rinse without informing me it would permanently stain my teeth overtime. Overall, not hating on the extra service and corporatized feeling, I just prefer a traditional office focused more on just dental work. It was the billing practices that really ticked me off and pushing services, so I will NOT be back.

I've been their patient for over thirty five years. The professional expertise is unparalleled and exceeded only by a staff commitment to show respect, compassion and dignity for each patient. Eagle Falls is key to my health and I am grateful to have them in my life.

Wouldn't go to any other dentist and drive 30 miles for my appointments. Very personal and have always taken care of my needs. Tooth pain is the worst and they've always gone the extra mile to help me.

This dental practice is the best I've ever encountered. The office is beautiful, the dentists are wonderful and the staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.. . Plus one extra for the cappuccino machine in the waiting area.

This facility is beautiful and their waiting room is warm and inviting. They have lots of team members on their staff and they are all very friendly and helpful. This facility comes with state-of-the art equipment and in-house services. The dentists, assistants and hygienists are top educated individuals and knowledgeable in their fields. I highly recommend Eagle Falls Dentistry. You will not be disappointed. :-)

Wonderful experience, I have been coming to Eagle Falls since 1985, long before it was Eagle Falls. Everyone there is kind, & attentive to your needs.

Normary is a sweetheart and is very gentle with a big baby like me. I hadn't been to a dentist in 8 years and Eagle Falls has made my recent visits very comfortable and mostly stress-free. Keep up the good work.

I had to get my very first and hopefully last root canal. Given everything I have heard about how torturous the procedure is in the past (and the fact that I do not handle pain well) I was nervous. However, Dr. Haggerty was wonderful. I felt no pain during the procedure and all went seamlessly. Even after the anesthetic wore off, I did not experience discomfort, which is a lot coming from someone who screams every expletive in the book over a paper cut. I’d still rather be drinking a margarita on a beach, but it really was not as terrible as I thought it would be. If you ever need a root canal, they’ll take great care of you.

Today I experienced the worst customer service of my life. I'm sick with the flu and vomiting and called first thing in the morning to cancel my cleaning. Marley answered the phone and with no compassion advised they were charging me $50 for canceling my appointment with less then 48 hours. I asked her how I could have avoided this and her reply was the doctors wear gloves and masks. This is absurd! What about the other patients? I've been going to this practice for many years with no issues but the customer service or lack thereof that I received from Marley today has me taking my business elsewhere. When I told her I wasn't rescheduling she didn't seem to care so I guess that's how much my business matters to them or at least to Marley.
