Beautiful, clean office. Super friendly staff. I'm not one to get nervous for dentist appointments, but everything being done was explained in a way that I know would make me feel better if I was nervous. I will definitely recommend Eagle Falls to anyone who asks!

My son (5yr) loves going to the dentist due to the friendly nature of the staff and hygienists. They make it as comfortable as possible for him and include him when discussing his teeth. The treasure chest after each visit helps as well!

Wow!! One of the best experiences at a dentist EVER! Everyone from the front desk person to my hygienist, everyone was extremely nice and made me feel cared for. It was great!! And great facilities. I’m so glad I found this place so close to work.

I love Eagle Falls Dentistry. This was my first time visiting the office and I was very nervous because dental offices make me scared however, all of the staff made my visit 110% times better.
To start off, when you walk through the grand entrance, you are greeted by a magnificent water wall, and a friendly smiling face from the concierge Patricia. Patricia instantly reassured me, that my visit would be spectacular and showed me around the beautiful office. I then waited less than 3 minutes until I was called by my hygienist Anum. Anum was kind, friendly and reassuring that she and the doctor would make sure I was in great hands. Not only, did I leave my appointment satisfied but I also left in under an hour! Anum left my teeth feeling squeaky clean and also had a very nice conversation.
My doctor, Dr Martin was also fantastic. She had many relatable stories to myself and also did a great job examining my teeth. Although she had an extremely busy schedule, she still made time to talk to me and get to know me while getting the job done!
After my appointment, I went to the front desk where Gina and Sylvia helped me go over my payments and treatment plan. They informed me that my insurance would cover my cleaning, and helped me set up my 6 month exam for August, right before I leave for school. They were also busy, but helped me swiftly and thoroughly.
Overall, Eagle Falls Dentistry is genuinely one of the best businesses I have ever invested myself into. Everyone is very nice and kind and makes sure you feel like you are apart of their family.

I can’t begin to express how impressed I was…. It was my first time at Eagle Falls Dentistry and I’m so glad I chose them! Everyone was so nice and put me at ease, explaining everything as they went along….. beautiful place…. Wonderful, skilled staff…. Would highly recommend!……… my update….I love my new smile, I was a happy person that never smiled. Each time I had an appointment, it reconfirmed what a great choice I made going to Eagle Falls Dentistry. From a friendly greeting when I walked through the door until I left, each person was friendly, helpful and excellent at their jobs. They make you feel comfortable and I’m so glad I made the decision to go there.

The office always looks beautiful and stylish and the staff is for sure friendly. I must say I was more than a bit disappointed in my cleaning. The Hygienist did not give me the option for ultrasonic cavitron and went old school with picks which is less than comfortable and for sure does not do as good of job cleaning. I blame myself for not requesting this when she started because I saw the cavitron machine in the treatment room. Just a heads up for anyone going in the future. I made a point to make sure it is in my chart for the future.

Dentists and hygienists are great, but it is a completely different story on the business side. They will tell you that your treatment is covered by insurance and in network, just to turn around and send you bills months after the fact without any notice. The most recent time, I received a notice of failure to pay PRIOR to receiving the invoice that I was delinquent on. The second notice arrived prior to the due date on the invoice threatening to go to collections. I was never made aware of any of these charges not being covered by my insurance prior to being sent a notice. I had paid the difference before leaving my appointment. When speaking to the billing department, you are greeted by a very rude and condescending employee. Do not let the fancy lobby and gift cup rope you in, they pay for all of it with the surprise billings and randomly added 'finance' charges.

I used to hate going to the dentist but not since I started going to Eagle Falls. The staff is great. Normary and Dr. Martin are the best! My teeth have never looked better.
