Eagle Falls Dentistry

Really like the doctors and nurses, but the billing department is terrible. Always find out after cleaning or procedures, that insurance will not cover the items they just recommended or did. My two free cleanings, I get every year, just cost me over $300.00 on the last one, because I used up all the funds allowed by my insurance. Of course, this was after my cleaning, x-rays and doctor inspection was done. Needless to say, I would have just gotten the cleaning or postponed the X-rays, till January, on any other items from my dentist. Already paid over $3000.00, out of pocket, for dental caps and everything related to them. Plus, what I got quoted and what my actual bill was, was completely different. Quite a bit more in fact… But what are you going to do, after they grind your two front teeth down and then tell you, that the other two additional teeth, next to them should be capped also. Although, they will give a discount on the add on items, but again seemed to be that if I didn’t go with the recommendation, that the other two caps might not last as long. Anyway, I might be looking to go to another dentist after this latest episode, since I lost confidence in Eagle Falls. Always recommended to friends and family, but I’m having to part ways now. I have been a patient at Eagle Falls for 2 years now. Before that time it had been over 6 years since my last dental appointment, due to suffering from dental anxiety. The dental hygienist Natalie and Donna have been very helpful and assist in making my experience very comfortable. Dr. Hagerty and her assistant Lisa have helped to easy my anxiety and truly put the me as the patient first. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I love how the hygienist are personal and remember me from past visits. Very nice and thoughtful

My praises for Eagle Falls Dentistry starts
when you first enter the building. Of course all who enter must be wearing a mask. Temperatures are taken at the front desk and affidavit signed. They are in total compliance with all precautionary measures regarding Covid-19.
Once you walk in, it becomes obvious that a lot of architectural
thought, originality, and expertise went into
the design.
I was very impressed by the individual patient cubicles.While allowing enough privacy, they are open enough so as to not feel isolated.

The dental equipment is state of the art.
They really went the extra mile in patient comfort, as well. The chair gives a mild back massage. The flat screen in front of the
dental chair shows scenery so bountiful that
it's actually mesmerizing! On that same screen, the patient can view x-ray pictures,
and also pictures of the teeth and gums,
for the doctor to explain any issues involved.

Most importantly, I must say that the entire
staff, from the receptionists to the hygienists,
to the doctors themselves, are some of the most
warm, friendly, and competent people I've
met. I've had several procedures done there
and I can honestly say that not once did I experience any pain worth mentioning.

I would highly recommend Eagle Falls Dentistry to anyone looking for a clean,
friendly, competant, and pain free dental experience!

Highly recommend! The office is very nice with great staff. I am seeing Dr. Szatkowski for invisalign. This requires many appointments, and the team has had me in and out in a jiffy every time! Dr. Szatkowski and Tammey are great, and I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs!

What a great dentist office! The facility has a spa type feel. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional. Equipment is state of the art. The dental hygienist who I worked with, Normary, was extremely professional, kind, and really made the experience pleasant. Would recommend.

I am very disappointed with the customer service. This place is nicely furnished but the front desk staff is not compassionate to their patients. I was sick and could not make it to the appointment which I notified and they charged a $50 dollar fee for not making it to the appointment. I had to email an appeal to the dentist directly. I disagree with your policy and urge anyone that understands that unexpected things happen in life and i caution anyone thinking to come to this place.
They told me that they would wave my fee if I gave them a second try. I agreed to this arrangement, which I regret. I shouldn't have been forced to another appointment given that i already explained the circumstances of my health. I was scheduled a routine cleaning which was less superior to my dismay. I also felt the dentists in this office are very pushy on expensive procedures. I am a very disappointed with my experience, I do not recommend establishment.

My dentist was lovely as always, but the brown haired receptionist is consistently rude about payment. I was told payment plans would be available for my tooth aligners before booking and she asked for payment in full the day I got my first set. Im 23 and dont exactly have that kind of money just laying around, and when I asked if we could set up a payment plan as discussed over the phone her response was a snarky "you tell me". She refused payment on my CareCredit card for "maintenance" after coming off as extremely condescending about the fact that I would only be able to put down $200 unexpectedly up front, but ran my other credit card just fine. Also, I have nerve damage in my mouth from prior dental work causing a slight lisp and the new aligners made it more noticeable but very much still comprehensible and the receptionist repeatedly made me repeat myself as if I were unintelligible. I feel like if you cant understand someone speaking with a slight lisp maybe front desk at a dentist office isn't for you.

Eagle falls is in a word amazing. They feature some of the kindest staff and utilize state of the art equipment and methods to make your visit as efficient and comfortable as possible. The welcome kit featured a lunch bag and dental “goodies”, each subsequent visit after features a continuation of such. My dentist and hygienist have always treated me with care of the utmost quality and I highly recommend this location to any seeking a great modern dental location.
