I have been looking for a dentist closer to home as I was traveling an hour to get to my last dentist. I decided to try out Eagle Falls Dentistry, 5 minutes from home. I am totally terrified and get high anxiety the day before I need to visit the dentist. I have to say my visit with Dr. Adam and also getting my teeth cleaned was pretty good on my rating scale. They assured me I would not feel pain which is my main concern along with the drill noise. I have had some small work done along with teeth cleaning and each event was great! I still have anxiety but if and when the time comes that I may need more work done with either a tooth pull or crown, I will definitely go back with their calming and friendly attitude they deliver. I would highly recommend this dentistry.....extremely friendly and caring staff!

First time here because my regular dentist couldn’t be bothered with my broken tooth.

Everyone was wonderful. From the receptionist to the technician to the dentist, everyone was great. I especially liked the massage chair.

I had a wonderful experience with an emergency dental visit due to a cracked wisdom tooth-the friendly staff were able to schedule and get me in the same day thankfully and had expert care with Tammey who gave me xray and Dr. Szatkowski who gave me professional evaluation. The team is very friendly, kind, and extremely comforting and feel grateful that I have found a practice that I can trust and have confidence to go to for the long run, even major things like I had done there today. After going to several not so quality Dental offices in the area, I feel I am in much better care with Eagle Falls Dentistry. Tammey is super friendly and professional, and so is Dr. Szatowski. I came upon this practice only by driving by in the area-so if you need a quality team you have this with the Dr and team here!

Friendly staff. They explain things to you from start to end. Beautiful facility with updated technology. Prior dentist advised I needed a substantial amount of work done and gave me a break down of costs. Eagle Falls was a third of what the other place said. I look forward to making Eagle Falls Dentist my new home not just for me but for both my kids. You would be silly not to check them out and give them a chance.

Dr. Hagerty is a very gentle dentist with an outstanding “bedside” manner. The rest of the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful tranquil office reduces anxiety.

This was my fifth trip in three months. I have to say this last time I went I was very impressed with the Customer Service. Because of this, Eagle Falls earned five stars. Good job!

Where to start? When I first moved to the area, I chose to go to Eagle Falls Essentials. From the beginning, it has been a headache. My previous dentist had to send my records over multiple times because Eagle Falls could not figure out how to download electronic documents. Prior to my visit, I filled out all of my paperwork electronically, yet when I arrived at the office, they "couldn't find it" and I had to do it all again. They kept telling me they wanted to do unnecessary x-rays and bill my insurance (I had just had panoramics done a few months before by my previous dentist). I refused and that is when they finally "found" my x-ray records.
I ended up needing fillings, which I already knew from before my move up to the Chicago-area. I was told I could get them all done at once, but when I came in for my appointment, they wanted to do them at different times because they couldn't "squeeze me in"--hello? you made my appointment knowing the work I needed done? So I came in for two separate appointments. Frustrating, yes, but not a huge deal.
So this is where the trouble really starts: one of my old silver fillings needed replaced. Eagle Falls replaced the filling. Pain like I had never had before started. I thought, pain after fillings is normal for a few weeks, so I waited. I came back in January (over a month later) and they looked at my teeth. They said everything was fine, I just had some inflamed gums.
My pain kept getting worse and worse. I'm at the point where I'm in constant pain; I can't eat or drink regularly either. I called them to address it and they said they were only taking emergency patients and that I was not a priority. A week later, though, I received a voicemail and an email to schedule an appointment. So I scheduled an appointment via the portal link they sent me. When I called them, they said they had no idea how I was able to make an appointment and that they had to re-schedule it because again, only taking emergency clients and my situation was not an emergency to them.
I decided to get a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. Turns out, Eagle Falls went so close to my nerve that the filling is touching the nerve and now I need an emergency root canal. The endodontic's office I'm going to is getting me in within the day to do the procedure. In the meantime, Eagle Falls can't even send my records over because they don't have access to the records? What kind of medical office hasn't went through digital transformation in 2020?
I've suffered for months due to the negligence of Eagle Falls. Sure, their staff is nice, but niceness and goodies can only get you so far. I wanted prompt care and for my pain to be taken seriously and for my condition not to escalate.

Great facility. Excellent work on my deep clean and check up. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I just hope the price will be a little more affordable in the future.
