I had a really negative experience at Eagle Falls. I had been really optimistic about moving my family’s care there, after learning that our previous dentist (who we love!) was no long in network with our insurance. I asked no fewer than 5 times if they were in network (our insurance was new to us and I was unable to verify myself, the dental issue was emergent). They confirmed to me more than once. I went in and instead of addressing the issue for the tooth that I was reporting pain on, they were pressured in insisting that I needed a root canal on an adjacent tooth and also needed thousands in care in another area. Choosing to trust then, I went ahead with the root canal - and pod for it - only to learn (from the insurance company) that while Eagle Falls certainly *takes* my insurance, they are NOT in network. I had paid more than I would have if they had been in network when I got the care, and now they are not providing the insurance company with the information they need to paid on the rest of the claim. After visiting another dentist for a second opinion, I’m feeling really taken advantage of - it turns out I didn’t need anything they proposed urgently, and I’m still left with the pain I originally went to see Eagle Falls for.
The people are very nice - but I wouldn’t recommend this practice - it’s clear they are focused on generating income and less centered on actual patient care. It was really disappointing. And expensive.

Everyone here is so great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. I have a hard time with taking x-rays. I gag a lot. The technician was amazing. I explained to her my issue and she went really fast and I had a much easier time. She showed my my x-rays and explained about the different angles and machines they use. She gave me good tips on maintaining my teeth (more than just "be sure to floss") and removing stains. I had such an easy time chatting during my cleaning that before I knew it I was done! I highly recommend Eagle Falls! Best time I've ever had at the dentist!

The staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. This is not my favorite thing to do. I was already and positive about my appointment. Well started off with x rays and that is where it stopped. The Dentist came down ill and called off. I didn't get angry or upset. We all expirence something and can't help it from happening. I made a new appointment for next Saturday . The staff kept apologizing and I just said things happen . It would have been different if I had pain , but I'm sure they would have helped me somehow. I will be back next Saturday. Thank you Eagle Falls staff for being so kind and caring.

I love Eagle Falls Dentistry! I have been going there since it opened and even to the previous office. I have always been comfortable with the staff and felt valued as a patient. They are knowledgeable and very professional, as well as friendly. I highly recommend this practice!!

My first time experience was awesome . Everyone was so friendly and so welcoming. I had a root canal done and I am so happy with the results , the doctor was great.She took her time and explained everything.
