Not a good experience overall. Was told that Dente was in network (asked multiple times), and could do a root canal in the office, but got there and had my tooth tested and given a referral. Later found out that Dente was out of network, and had to pay day of visit. Did not think anything of the visit until I got a nasty email from Dente demanding immediate payment or they were going to send my account to collections. Between today and the visit, there was NO bill sent to me or my parents (holders of my insurance). I finally paid the bill, but I am not happy that I had to pay nearly $60 to be lied to, bossed around and have such unprofessional service.
