I ended here up when transferring my invisalign account from Fl to Il. The new treatment took forever in arrive. I went for first time in September, it was promised by October and it was ready today.. 3 months later!! I finally went today to get my attachments set and they destroyed my mouth. They tried over and over, even different persons, until they finally set them. So unprofessional. Horrible experience! Stay away from here!

My difficulties with past dentists are not the dentists themselves, but their incompetent front office. They would always goof up my billing/insurance. For me. the pain of going to the dentist was not the dentist chair, but unraveling their paperwork mess afterwards.
I moved to Dentologie and it has been a wonderful experience. I had some significant work the past few months and have visited them four or five times. Paperwork and payment is spot on and the dentistry itself is friendly, straightforward and competent. The experience of Dentologie is absolutely drama free. What else can you ask for? I am recommending the rest of my family to move to Dentologie. What better recommendation can you offer?

Also the dentologie membership makes getting basic dental care finally feasible if you’ve always dodged the dentist because you can’t afford it.

So far I've had a through x-rays done and a full deep cleaning. I have to say the denitist and the hygienist listen and understand the needs and concerns that i as a patient have and make you as comfortableas possible withbthe procedures that needed to be done. The staff is friendly and go over everything in as much detail as possible and their hours are perfect for my schedule. I am very happy that i chose to go with Dentologie.

I'm only giving Dentologie 2 stars because while I had a terrible experience, the hygienists and staff are very nice and I have nothing bad to say about them. However, Dr. Villa told me I needed a crown and a filling last year. At the second appointment for my crown, the hygienist told the dentist that there was a gap in the cap for the crown and he dismissed it and said ti was for the glue. The cavity he filled i had some resin that went over the space between my teeth so I couldn't floss without splitting the string. He fixed it but made bigger gap in my teeth. The next visit, he said I needed another crown and had three cavities. I went to get a second opinion and they said crown, maybe, and one start cavity that could be solved with air abrasion not a filling. After I left Dentologie, The crown Dr. Villa put became infected because of the gap. Normally, I understand this happens with dental work but because the hygienist pointed out the gap I feel this could have been prevented. I just got root canal to deal with the infection. While they were looking that filling that was completed with the crown, my new dental team found decay forming on top of that filling at had to replace that, too. Basically, anything I had at Dentologie had to be redone! Never going there again!

Dr. Founas is by far the most kind, gentle and understanding dentist. He is a professional in that everything he does has to be perfect...he does not settle for less. He accepts and works with my fears and they are massive. Everyone, the front desk, his assistants and hygienist (Carmelo) are the best. I would recommend them to everyone!
