Great staff, great service! I hated going to the dentist before I found this place. Here I feel safe and I feel like my teeth and mouth are in good hands. You have no idea how happy that makes me.

My actual appointment was pretty great honestly, but trying to get ahold of the place to schedule was really annoying. If they don’t answer then you’re directed to their mailbox to leave a message, which was full. After I scheduled the appointment, I then received multiple emails and text messages asking me to confirm my appointment.... but the wrong location was listed. I then received a message on my answering machine from the right location asking me to call and confirm. I was unable to get ahold of them but eventually got directed to an answering machine that wasn’t full and left a message confirming my appointment. Three days later, I received another message on my answering machine while I was at work from a sassy receptionist stating this was her second time having to call me to get a confirmation. The entire situation was incredibly inconvenient, and unwelcoming, as this was my first appointment. I’m not sure if some phone numbers need to be updated on the internet or something, but that should not have been that hard.
All in all, the reception aspect needs some work, but the rest of the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist, Allison, was kind and gentle on my mouth and offered good advice about how to better care for my teeth.

One of the most professional places I’ve ever visited, the staff is easy to talk to and they make a potentially unpleasant experience enjoyable. I never leave with any lingering questions and it’s always easy to follow up, I’ve never had an uncomfortable experience in my several years of coming to Dentologie - would definitely recommend coming here!

I have been scared of going to the dentist because I have had issue going on. I came here an from the time I walk in they was so helpful. They I return an got the work done I have six teeth pull at one time an I didn’t have no pain an yes I was under I’ve sedation. The dr an the assist was nothing but amazing. They really work with me. I’m very please with their work.

I have a long history of tooth issues. These are the best dentists I’ve ever had. Both locations are great. Staff are super friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

The best dental appointment I've ever had.

So far, I’ve been to Dentologie three times for routine cleanings. All three experiences have been very pleasant. Staff, hygienists and doctors I’ve interacted with are professionsal, knowledgeable and good at what they do.

Horrible....Not really any other words to describe it. Most of the assistants are awesome. And very few of of the doctor's. The "manager" really let that title go to his head and needs a severe reality check. Being promoted means being able to maintain the duties you have while taking on new responsibilities, that's why there's an increase in pay because you are doing more, NOT taking advantage by dumping your workload off on assistants. You were once an assistant nothing more. Front desk seems great and welcoming. Some of the doctor's are rude and inconsiderate to the assistants not keeping in mind they are your help, hence the word "assistant" wouldn't hurt to be a bit more courtious. Other than that the office is great.

Hygienist has perfect touch. She was not rough during cleaning. She put me at ease and gave detailed information as she worked. Hoping to have her do all my dental cleanings.

Walk into Dentologie and you are very warmly greeted and made to feel welcomed and appreciated by the receptionists. It was raining and my hands were wet but that did not deter the warm handshake. It was Noon and they were busy but everyone was smiling and making eye contact and being friendly despite being hungry for lunch and a break. The check-in process is on an iPad they hand you instead of all the paper used elsewhere. The app guided me through the whole process quickly including signatures done with my finger for all the HIPAA and other notices. The xrays are digital which greatly reduces your exposure to radiation, are instantaneously produced, are far more comfortable than the old cardboard cutting into your gums and are environmentally friendly with no chemicals or waste. Everything was state-of-the-art including another flat panel screen on the ceiling where you could continue to watch The Food Network while laying back for your cleaning. I was concerned about an old amalgam filling that I thought was causing some slight discomfort but the dentist checked it out very thoroughly and recommended leaving it alone for now but noting it on my chart so that it is monitored on subsequent visits. Other dental firms would try to push for that procedure and the revenue but there was absolutely no marketing for other services. They only addressed what I put into the iPad app on my check-in. This alone is remarkable but when I mentioned that my insurance may not cover the xrays since my last ones were done less than a year ago, the hygienist stated that most cover twice a year but if it isn't covered, they'd adjust it. Dentologie centers their business around your needs and not shareholder-value as you often see in corporate America. What a wonderful world it would be if all businesses were run like Dentologie and everyone treated each other as nicely as their staff treats you.
