I love Post Family Dental!!! I held off on writing this review because I’ve had hit or miss experiences at dentists before but now after over 1 full year as a patient and various reasons for visits, I can say with full confidence that this is the best dental office I’ve ever been a patient at.
Scheduling is easy and the women who work the front desk are so kind. My insurance has changed twice since working here and they always help me understand how that will impact copays and coverage. The technicians who do my cleanings are also really sweet and give me good feedback on my dental hygiene routine, including recommendations (I now use Cocofloss and love it!).
I see Dr. Brian and he’s super friendly and also made some recommendations on how I could make my smile better. I had a few minor chips in my front teeth, as well as a discolored mark, that I’d grown to accept after attempting to fix the chip previously. At my last dentist in NY, I got the chip “fixed” only for it to fall off literally later that evening while out to dinner.
Dr. Post assured me that wouldn’t be the case this time and he was right. I’m soooo pleased with the results!! Also, they were able to schedule me for the same week he made the recommendation & the whole process took maybe an hour. Before & afters below!!
The ONLY downside to this office is that it can be a little confusing finding your way from the parking lot the first time, so I recommend giving yourself an extra 15-20 minutes to navigate the buildings. But, they do validate for parking :)

The dental office is wonderful. Its a great location on Michigan Avenue and the views are spectacular. Michelle and Amy at the front desk greet when you arrive. Jennifer the hygenist does a wonderful job and is very friendly. Dr. Post is fantastic. The office is clean and the staff treats you like family. I would highly recommend this office.

I’ve been going to Post Family Dental for eight years, and it’s by far the best dental practice I’ve been to in Illinois. The staff is warm and welcoming and Dr Brian always does a fantastic job of answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. The hygienists are all diligent, affable, and reassuring. Even though I work from home now, I always make the trip downtown for my bi-annual cleanings!

The entire operation at Post dental is fantastic! Check in is easy, parking is validated, the work is professional, open, and honest about what your want and need to do each time. They saved me so much money by simply cleaning my teeth and being honest, instead of forcing me to have extra work done that was unnecessary like other dentists in the past. I will never go anywhere else!
