Smile For Life has does an amazing job at each and every one of my visits! Staff is friendly from the time you check in to check out. Hygienists and assistants are very thorough and friendly. I always know I’m in good hands here with Dr. English :) I make the drive from St. Louis and think it’s well worth it!

I’m a new patient was hoping to get my teeth cleaned and then a whitening procedure. They started out with four pages of questions some of them quite frivolous and some of them a bit personal. Then I went into an x-ray room for x-rays. Next they had me sit in an office chair and proceeded to take more x-rays and kept jamming these sharp plastic things into my mouth scraping the roof of my mouth. I kept telling the young lady that it was hurting. After about the fourth x-ray I said this seems a bit excessive for a teeth cleaning and she told me it was necessary. I told her I didn’t want anymore x-rays And I only wanted my teeth cleaned. She went to see the dentist and came back and said they had to do at least three more. I said no thanks and left. I suppose they are being thorough but it reminds me of those instant oil change businesses where you go in for a simple oil change and they want to do 20 other things and charge you more money and take up more time.

There are a lot of dental offices to choose from. All are not created equal. Everyone always goes above and beyond my expectations here. That includes not only Dr. English, but the the technical and administrative staff as well.
My biggest concern is that this well kept secret will get out and I won’t be able to make my appointments as easily as I do now.
Simply put, they are the best!
