Very surprised to have the dental hygienist RIP off her gloves and start crying because I told she had hurt me and asked questions about what she was doing. She yelled at me that I was rude. She threatened to have me leave and reschedule with someone else. I would think someone who has been in this profession for ten years would have thicker skin and more professionalism. She added she was also pregnant. I do not want to imply this played a role in her conduct but she offered this as part of her explanation. Dr. English was great and a consummate professional. I do plan to use this practice again.
