Total Dental Care

It was our first visit to this office since finding a new dentist after ours left his practice. It also was my daughter's first visit ever. The hygienist was seriously amazing with her. My daughter is normally pretty leary of everything and I was fully expecting the visit to go terribly, but the hygienist was SO patient and we had a successful first visit!!

They are always so kind. I have for years not seen a dentist until I started going here. I just love this place and my fears are now gone

I had my routine cleaning today the dental hygienist was very proficient and did a great job.The whole staff at Total Dental is caring and concerned making going to the dentist not the tragedy it used to be for me. The office is clean the decorations are very home like adding to the comfort and I felt very relaxed as always.

This place is amazing...from the dentists and assistants to the receptionists!! Very professional and warm. I've never received such great care from anywhere. Love this place!! I recommend it to everyone! I've had horrible experiences at other places so coming here I had massive anxieties. They were very warm and compassionate, understood my issues and went above and beyond to help me. They gave me my smile back. Mallory is the best! All the staff is wonderful and sweet! You won't find a better place in the area. 10 out of 10 stars here!!

Since I was a child, I was afraid of “The Dentist”. My mother had her teeth pulled and came home in a lot of pain and a mouth full of bloody gauze. Total Dental Care has cured me of that fear. Everyone is so nice and make you feel at ease. I am so thankful for this group of professionals!

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist office! Called on a busy Friday for an abscess tooth that started hurting the day before. The girl on the phone said we are really busy but if u can get here by 8:40 we can squeeze you in since you are in pain. I told her I was leaving work she said get here as soon as you can we will get you in. Dr dickey was very attentive acknowledging me as he walked through the lobby and asking me if I was in pain,and reassuring me he would help me! Over all evey single person in this office took excellent care of me today and I am so grateful! The oral surgeon got me in the same day as well they also were wonderful!!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Before I came to Total Dental Care, I was always afraid 😨 of the dentist, due to a very bad experience. Since coming to Total Dental Care, I actually look forward to going and getting my teeth cleaned. I know that sounds goofy, but it is painless and everyone there is so nice. Haley cleans my teeth and I love catching up with her when I go. She is always so happy and pleasant, she puts me at ease. I would highly recommend Total Dental Care if you are looking to change dentists.

The place and people yes are nice and professional, my complaint is don’t quote someone a price with their insurance portion paying unless you are 100% their insurance is going to cover what they are suppose to. I understand this is just my opinion and they have great reviews and my complaint isn’t exactly with the people EXCEPT maybe don’t quote what you don’t know..$570 more than I was told I’d owe..
