Their approach with my daughter who is 11 was calming. She has a valid fear of dentists because of 1 prior pediatric dentist elsewhere that caused her a lot of pain. The assistant explained to my daughter in a way she not only understood, but remained calm. The dentist was gentle with her in his approach.

I had an awful tooth ache a few days before Christmas I wasn't a patient there and they got me in the same day. The receptionist I talked to on the phone was so nice and all of the other staff was very nice. They were absolutely amazing.

I don't like going to the dentist because I had a bad experience with my last dentist in Springfield, so I was scared to even get an exam and xrays done. Total dental made things easy and the ladys that work there are wonderful, friendly and I had nothing to worry about. They kept me calm by just talking amd joking with me. Made my day even though I was at the dentist. My later appointments may be scarier but they offer sedition so i will be fine. If you're looking for a new dentist I recommend Total dental care in pekin, il. Well worth it I promise.

I have a AWESOME dental hygienist Hailey and a newbie Jess. Hailey is fun, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I have referred friends to Total Dentist and all seem to enjoy their experiences.

I have gone to this practice a few years now and have always been treated with dignity and respect. I’m the worlds biggest chicken when it comes to the dentist. The dentist and the staff go above and beyond. I’ve never encountered anyone who is less than amazing!!!! From total sedation to the Nitrous to the Novocain~ they are caring and professional. I’ll never go anywhere else!!!

Staff here is always great! I love taking my kids there because I know they will be very well cared for by the hygienists and the Dr Dickey does a great job keeping the parents informed and the kids comfortable during exams.
