Burch Dental has changed my feelings about dentistry. I am no longer fearful or apprehensive about my visits to the dentist. Every single person at this Main st. office treats me with utmost respect, laughter and empathy. Dr Padron, Aziz and Beatriz have the most gentle touch. There has never been a second of pain, everything is always explained to the letter. Everyone at this office can read me like a book. They know whether I need a joke, a shoulder to lean on or a procedure explain ad nauseum, I always get what I need.
They are stuck with me for life.

Friendly staff always welcoming and absolutely love the atmosphere! Been coming to Burch Dental forever and wouldn’t trade for anything. I have even been with them when I had no dental insurance the service is always great!

What a great experience! Everyone at North Main office was easy to talk with, eager to answer my questions and the whole place seems designed to make you feel unique and comfortable, not impersonal and just another patient. My hygienist, Amanda, was positive, very knowledgable and really listened to all my concerns. Dr Padron even referred to my unique dental needs and my treatment as a 'journey'. My initial apprehension is gone and I actually am excited to begin my treatments...journey!

This review is for one appt on 11/16/21, not for Burch as a whole.
Had an appointment to get a bite guard made for nighttime grinding. I had asked multiple times for a pre-appt estimate, which I never received. I even cancelled my first appointment to give them more time, but still didn't get an estimate before the 2nd appt. Once I was in the chair, they bring me an estimate for about $500 for a one-piece guard (top only), $270 of which I would have to pay for. They said that the Dr. would need to look at my situation and decide which bite guard to recommend, but when the Dr. came in, he wasn't going to even look at my teeth to see the extent of the damage until I asked him to, and he said that they would just go with whatever guard I wanted. No way I'm spending that much $ on a one-piece tooth guard. I'll find one through another source.
This was a disappointing departure from the pretty good quality care I've received at Burch in the past. I hope it's not indicative of future service as changing dentists is a pain. Hoping that throughput and revenue aren't being prioritized over quality care.

I had a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth, and they got me in quickly. Reception was sweet and helpful, and so were the assistants. The Doctor came in and said how he would take it out as it wasn’t infected and literally two minutes (after waiting a few for the numbing gel to kick in) was all it took for him to get it out. They made sure I was comfortable and I left not feeling all drugged up, and able to go back and have a relaxed day.

The most friendly and amazing dentists and nurses that I have ever experienced in my entire life. I needed all of my teeth pulled and a set of dentures made. I have always been scared of dentists since I was a little kid . This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I would recommend Burch Dental to all my friends and family. Dr Padron, Rachel and the rest of the staff has done an amazing job on my teeth from teeth cleaning, X-rays , crown and filling replacement. I've been been coming here since September 2018 and have no regrets!!

I would post zero stars if I could. I typically do not leave these kinds of reviews but I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at Burch Dental on N Main St. I called and scheduled an appointment for a regular cleaning and turns out I got a whole other service done without my consent. They made me pay $110 dollars for a service that I did not ask for. I have dental insurance that covers 2 regular cleanings at 100%. After talking to the receptionist about the miscommunication she basically did nothing. I am honestly furious. If a client ask for a cleaning a cleaning is what the client should receive. I’m sorry to say they have lost a customer and I will definitely not be recommending.

I have been going to Burch dental as long as I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned. My children now go to Burch dental as well. They are five years old and three years old. Dr. Anthony and her staff exceed my expectations. I am thankful to have somewhere comfortable that the kids can go and have a pleasant experience regarding their teeth hygiene. Thank you Burch dental!
