Burch Dental - Rockford (North Main)

I went to Burch today because I didn't have a primary dentist and needed 2 teeth pulled. I was nervous being my first teeth extraction but Dr Nguyen and her assistant Haley did a great job and I experienced no pain. Thank u guys! Highly recommended!

Can't say enough good things about Burch Dental. Front office is friendly and efficient. Rachel, my hygienist is wonderful and I highly recommend her. Met Dr. Seelander and he makes a great first impression. Will be scheduling some needed appointments with him shortly.

My husband went in to get to extractions comes out with no care package no pain medicine and not even an excuse for work this is Ludacris he was in so much pain after our being there constantly taking Tylenol over-the-counter I have to call up there and ask them why didn't they give him like ibuprofen 800 or Tylenol 3 I don't know what type of dentist office that doesn't offer any type of pain medicine when getting multiple teeth removed and no ice packs I told him he should have just went to my dentist's office but he wants to try them out cuz he thought that they was good but that was wrong . more to me like a state-funded dental

I highly recommend choosing Burch Dental! I have very high anxiety having work done and I had a couple of very traumatic experiences before. They are so accommodating, GENTLE and kind that I will never go anywhere else again. Thank you for making such a huge difference in my life ❤

We really appreciate that the office was able to see us under short notice for my daughter. Staff was very friendly and I would highly recommend for those who are not children. However, I was a bit disappointed to learn that they aren't necessarily a pediatric dentistry location. They were able to help with an immediate issue, but had to refer us back to a different dental practice that we had already tried to make an appointment with earlier to address the issue who couldn't get us in until two months after our visit.Only providing this review for other parents so they know that while they may see children, they don't have an actual pediatric dentist on staff. Hope this is helpful and again, appreciate the office and their kindness. Just think it's important for more transparency there.

This place is an absolute joke. I have made 3 appointments with them and show up just to find out they were canceled BY THEM. They claimed I did not confirm the appointment when I was physically there to make it. Nor do they have anything in writing saying that you must confirm your appointment so they just cancel it. Their customer service is absolutely terrible here. Do not recommend.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about Burch Dental. They always make sure your visit is pleasant. The Doctor there is truly awesome. My husband and I think the world of Doctor Padron.

They are all professional and helped me get my smile back. They took extra time to insure that I understood what needed to be done and I’m very pleased with the outcome.

So I came to Burch dental for a second opinion after visiting another dentist office. The secretary I originally spoke to on the phone when making my appointment was amazing. I told her my situation, how I needed work done. The first office I visited my insurance didn’t cover as much as I hoped and it was a hefty bill. I also wanted to compare and contrast their approaches and choose the one I felt most comfortable with. She got me in right away. When I arrived I took one x ray, sat in a chair and had dr Nguyen look in my mouth for maybe a total of one min. To proceed to tell me I have to visit another specialist and then come back to her in over a months time. I have a tooth that is painful and basically was told I have to wait over a month for it to be dealt with. So for this 10 minute visit I was charged $295.00 for that. I felt taken and everything I spoke with to the receptionist about wasn’t addressed or handled. The dentist office is already a dread to go to for me and there competitor who I know would’ve been more expensive actually took the time and explained everything to me and would get me back in less than a week to handle my bothersome tooth. Just not a good experience at all and I paid nearly $300 dollars for that. Your secretary staff is the only reason for the second star, otherwise I would’ve rated it a 1.

I had to switch to a new dentist due to an insurance change. Burch Dental made it very easy! I was able to complete all forms online before arriving. They were very educational as for as what they were doing and looking for and I even got a great little care package. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received.
