Dr. VanderMolen and all of his staff at Advanced Dental Care are wonderful! Always professional, courteous, and go above and beyond for their patients. Can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!

My experience was excellent! The staff is friendly and the doctors are kind and considerate. The dental office is very clean and bright! They are very COVID conscious.

Those front desk girls were quick. For my first ever visit to Advanced Dental Care, I had no wait time! My dental hygienist, Rachel, was very thorough and I greatly appreciate the time she took to discuss any questions and concerns. This office is filled with very knowledgeable individuals.

Lynn needed an emergency appointment today. They made room to see him and we greatly appreciate that. He needs a root canal which he's not happy about, as most people wouldn't be. This office is amazing. We recommend them without doubt. They are patient centered and focused. We drive 2 hours to get our dental care with Advanced Dental Care of Springfield.

I am happy that the management took into account the customers” reviews and work towards customers satisfaction by improving their service. In fact, new staff, the front desk is more welcoming and friendly !
Dr. Neely is very knowledgeable and explains very clearly everything and every step. He is a patient and caring professional. He Takes time to answer my questions and makes all efforts to provide the best service. I had a crown that needed to be changed. After ordering the crown Dr. Neely noticed the difference of shades. He contacted the prosthodontist in Montana to have my dental crown done and ensuring that it has the same shade and shape as my other dental crowns. He has been so patient and provided follow-up as needed, making sure that I was happy with the outcome.I felt valued as individual not just a tally mark for the monthly targets. 5 ⭐️ stars for Dr Neely. Staff is nice, professional and helpful. They care about you and the health of your teeth. Office is very clean. Definitely recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Not professional! Rude staff at the front desk, do not even listen. We moved to Springfield, and picked from internet a dentist. After reading the reviews, we decided to select the Advanced Dental Care of Springfield. What an unwelcoming, cold place!!! My advice, never show up before your exact appointment time, they will have you wait outside. I first went for a cleaning, they force you to do X-rays. The lady who did the cleaning was very nice and professional. I had crown on my front Tooth, made by my dentist, that started to turn dark and was really concerned about it. after the cleaning, a dr came, who just gave me a treatment plan, geared toward their focus of making more money, rather addressing my real concern. Then I called yesterday to talk to the doctor about that crown, fearing that it might be caused by bacteria getting in the dental crown. The lady who answered, obviously told me that I cannot talk to the doctor. She was reading the notes about the plan made by the doctor, probably as requested, without listening. So I inquired about My front tooth, and she was talking about a right side tooth. I repeated several times, she did not care and kept saying that her notes didn’t mention anything about a front crown (meaning that the doctor didn’t even take into account my real concern????). Then, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to the doctor, I asked her to visit with him. Then she told me that she cannot get hold of him, and will probably get back to me within 48 to 72 hours!!!!??????????

Always have a good experience at ADCS...staff there is either naturally friendly or have paid attention in training sessions! Have never had an unpleasant experience with a tech, and always take take any doc available since they, too, are the consummate professionals.

I just left Advanced Dental Care and will say my experience was awesome as have all of my visits. This visit was for a replacement filling and a crown replacement. All done in the comfort of a massage chair. How awesome is that. Everyone at Advanced Dental Care are always very kind, considerate and professional. You never go in there and see a receptionist, hygienist, dentist with anything but a smile and a willingness to help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vandermolen for years and it's because of him and his staff I have continued with my dental care.

Thanks for all you do for your patients and the community.

The hygienist showed me how to wrap the floss around the middle fingers instead of the pointers. It works better.

I really enjoy my experiences at Advanced Dental Care. Everyone I speak to is smiling and pleasant, the office is clean and attractive, and the high-tech machines are pretty cool. The hygienists are always thorough, knowledgeable, and personable through my entire visit. They explain exactly what they are doing, what tools they are using, how it is going to feel or sound, and what we are looking for with the camera and on x-rays. All three dentists are very friendly and professional. I've even told my friends about my experiences there! I only go to Advanced Dental Care!

Had a 2 day treatment.
Was a great experience!
The Doc was awesome with my cavities and even asked if the job he did the day before was okay and checked it out even though it was fine.
The Staff was awesome as well!! They are very helpful and willing to take the time to help you understand anything that you have question with!!
