Other than the 13/4 hour wait to see the doctor, the staff was courteous, professional and attentive. The doctor was patient, answered all my questions and did not rush through the visit after he arrived. He also was able to explain things in lay language. Overall, I was very satisfied with the visit!

Advanced Dental team is amazing. I called at 8 sharp and they had me drive straight in. I was in a lot of pain and although I have procrastinated about getting this tooth fixed for most of this year they didn't hold that against me and saw me right away! Thank you!

I was charged over $300 weeks BEFORE my appointment (they asked me to pre-pay). When I arrived to the appointment I had already paid for, they attempted to charge me the same amount and I luckily had my receipt and they had “no record” of payment. After receiving the service already paid for I continued to receive bills in the mail for the same service. The dentist working on me informed me I would not be charged more than I already paid. Would not recommend and we will not be returning.

Very pleasant appointment! Was taking of by 2 dental hygienist and Dr.Vandermolen came in as well. I am very pleased with the service provided. And look forward my next appointment friendly and efficient.

I recently had broken a bridge. Dr. Neely and the staff went out of their way to make sure it was replaced and I recovered in time for my upcoming surgery. The definitely went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them for any dental need !!! They are the Best!!

My visit today went very well. Everyone had prepared themselves for my visit. I had a regular cleaning visit and a measurement visit for an implant cap. Two separate appointments that one flowed right into the other. Room changes were seamless. Dr Schlee had reviewed my history prior to our in office council. Very impressive coordination start to finish. Mallori did a great job with maintenance and future scheduling. Abigail's measurements process was very professional. Billing was prepared promptly and properly. Thanks for a great visit.
