Gentle Dentist

I have always have severe anxiety with the dentist because of horrible past experiences. But after going to the Gentle Dentist, my outlook has completed changed. This is the first time I’ve left the dentist feeling better than when I walked in. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Mustard is so sweet and funny too. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

Excellent staff and positive experience here as a first time patient. I chipped my tooth Thursday evening, called on Friday and was able to get in Monday morning for a solution! They were very kind and patient while they reviewed all my options/ what insurance coverage looks like before I made my decision. Thank you Dr Mustard and staff!

Jessinda (c?) was a great addition to the team! She was very mindful of me and even removed my glasses/made sure I wasn't walking out with crusting! She came from working in public health and it's wonderful that she gave so much to those suffering from teeth related diseases but I think she'll do great here and be able to relax. Mustard is sassy and fun as always! Also HE IS ALLERGIC TO CATS! So if you're a cat parent like me, de-furr before coming!

Everyone was very nice. All my concerns were addressed and everything was explained well. I love that they have later hours which is super helpful. I got there early and they still got me right in.

Josie(dental hygienist) was amazing & very involved with my treatment! & they were very understanding after over seeping for my appointment this morning due to my tooth pain giving me problems so I appreciated them understanding & not being upset like im use to. dr mustard was also great and overall loved the care I was given! I will definitely refer anyone in search of a dentist! i have been searching for months for a different dentist to get me in before 3 months but haven't had any luck due to my insurance being Medicaid. Heading that gentle dentist takes my Medicaid i was over the top with excitement! so thank u so much for giving me the best care & being so involved I feel I found my favorite dentist in 30 yrs!

I do not post a lot of negative reviews . It's a karma thing but this review needs to be shared. They tell me I need fitted for a partial . While they send exrays to my insurance that I need to have 2 teeth surgically removed. Ok I did my part & they never contacted me . I call my insurance 3 weeks later & they said its denied due to missing a panoramic/signatures. I call the dentist office & they said oh yea the panoramic machine was broke so we couldn't take them like know big deal. Knowing they needed those exrays & never told me. Now I have to start all over again 6 weeks out. they down play it like it's nothing.. Stiil no Call Call from them about anything.
I did all the leg work when I trusted them. ...Feeling Very Mistreated

Everyone is always so nice! They do great work and make sure you are comfortable through the whole process!

They were very nice and patient with me. Gave me a lot of information. They got me in quickly aswell, only had to wait in the waiting room for a minute or two. Thanks for your help.

After waiting 6 months for a cleaning and checkup,1 hour before my appointment they canceled it. For 2 days in a row they say they will reschedule, but don't. When I call they can't get me in for months.i have been going there for years. Now a will find a new dentist maybe this time one who cares!
