Gentle Dentist

I highly recommend Gentle Dentist in Brownsburg! Dr. Mustard is so good. I had to have a crown put on today and even though it’s not my cup of tea he made the experience go as smooth as possible. I have always appreciated his kindness. I actually followed him from the Avon office. Everyone seems to enjoy their job there. They have put together a good team. The office has a pleasant atmosphere.

I called Tuesday for an appointment regarding a tooth that has been bothering me. The team was quick to schedule my new patient appointment for Thursday (the day I requested), took note of my needs and made sure that I didn’t have any questions about insurance or establishing care with Gentle Dentist. As I walked through the door, everyone at the front desk was friendly and engaging. I was quickly brought back to the consult room to complete paperwork and walked back to the clinical area. This. Team. Was. Awesome. — While I was there specifically for the one tooth, the kind dental assistant asked if I would like my cleaning as they had time in their schedule. Wow! She thinking about the convenience for ME! The hygienist was gentle, positive, engaging and gave me insight on how to continue a good oral hygiene regiment. Afterward, I met with Dr. Mustard. He listened to my concerns, assured me that he would do everything necessary to correct my problem, was so polite to his staff and used humor to make me feel extremely comfortable. I woke up today pain free for the first time in 2 years! I 10/10 recommend this practice! Thank you for making this a great experience!

Was having pain with a tooth and my gums and was able to get in as a new patient within 24 hours to get it checked out. Staff was all very polite and willing to explain everything including detailed billing plans for future necessary appointments.

Dr. Mustard and his staff are very nice.. they are always treat you like a individual, they help me get in and out their office, making sure my gums always staying in good shape.. which means keeping my own teeth.. and don't take advantage financially,. like SO many Dentists do.. I recommend Dr. Mustard to all my friends and family..

Honestly I have been seeing Dr. Mustard since I was about 2 years old! My mom drives me to brownsburg from greenwood to see him, every time I come in the office I feel like family everyone knows my name asks me how I am doing. The front desk always works with my mom with getting my brother and I appointments. The office always looks very nice and clean. I’ve always had a great time while I’m there. I know I’m only 16 but because of Dr Mustard and staff I have no dental fears and always look forward to coming in.

My hygienist was very kind and very gentle on me. I was pretty nervous because it has been a little while but she did amazing. Also Dr Mustard was amazing. If I could I would give them 10 stars, Very amazing office.

Dr. Mustard pulled three of my teeth Thursday morning. He said I needed an antibiotic and that he would call it in. By the end of the day my pharmacy had not received anything, and I had called the office twice. Friday morning I called the office and was told the doctor was with a patient and would check on this when he was done with that. SEVERAL calls later and it’s 7:30pm Friday evening, and I received not one response from Dr Mustard or his staff. I really hope I didn’t need that antibiotic and he was going to prescribe it needlessly....

Gentle Dentist did a great job for me, my husband and our kids. They were friendly, thorough and, with the Smile 360 program, much more cost effective since we dont have dental insurance. Thank you, Dr Mustard and your team, for a great dental experience!

The staff at Gentle Dentist were very welcoming and very professional. I was treated more like a member of the family than a "patient". It is good to know that even in times like these there are still wonderful, timely and professional people who truly care.
